So, Dementieva is beating Peer. Fascinating. No, wait...awful. It's early yet, bucko. The only time I've seen Peer play was when she gave a Willie a good scare in either IW or Miami. I think she's okay. Three titles this year already; granted, they're Tier IVAs but that's something.

Just about all bumpkinettes when they face a top player on an off-day. Hopeless! Good, at least she held for 4-5. Didn't expect that of her. Probably a few Kim errors.

That is correct. But I said that seeds 17-32 (and 17-24 in particular) do not always suck. They do in this tournament though and have done well so far to prove that.
