I want to watch that MP save again! It was one of the best points I've ever seen.
But this is why Jelena doesn't win Grand Slams. When Serena, Venus, Justine, and Maria come back from the dead, they hold serve. She has no serve.
Great point again. Come on, Tamira!

What a brutal 6-6 serve game from Jankovic...
I'm liking my prediction of her dropping well down the rankings in 2008.

What a brutal 6-6 serve game from Jankovic... I'm liking my prediction of her dropping well down the rankings in 2008. It might depend on this match. 7-7. Nice point. But Tamira missed two longline backhands.

I love how ESPN wanted to ignore this match completely and pretend it wasn't happening but now it's so dramatic they have no choice.
I'm clueless who will win. Just ridick.

ESPN is probably just pissed this is delaying the Roddick match...
And now the injury timeout. We've just about seen it all.
Just tell the trainer your back hurts because you really don't want to bend it just to get broken again.

I've seen much worse quality women's tennis, so I don't mind. I like these kinds of rallies.
Allez Akiko! Justine is wearing a surprisingly feminine skirt for her.

It must be embarassing for JJ as a world #3 to lose serve so much. Poor girl.

Multiple treatments, bad serving, choking - this match has it all. Plus some good rallies.
There's one thing I like about Tamira. Her movement looks clumsy sometimes but usually she hits some damn good defensive shots that would drop right before Jelena's baseline if Jelena hadn't dumped the volley into the net already.

I agree. Some of Tamira's defensive shots have been really great, and really improved for her! She definitely wasn't moving that well when I saw her against Chakvetadze at the US Open. She must have been working hard over the off-season, even though I see some flabs-flabs around the middle area. Fowler should have the guts to ask Serena about the break-up. Lol at Serena's comment.
