Srebotnik has double matchpoint.
Saves one with a backhand volley.

Srebotnik hits a return long off a second serve.
Deuce.
The crowd is really into this match, clearly behind Lindsay.

Lindsay serves her 9th ace for Ad. Oh, but it's time to cut back to Arthur Ashe.

Grrr. Kat. Was there any doubt Ben would blow that 2nd set. Geez. He's choking horribly. Feebly go away 2 and 2 in the next 2 sets so we can watch some real tennis.

They just showed the end of Lindsay's match. Loved the reaction when she won.

That's not a happy reaction. That's an "OMG, I'm so lucky that I won" reaction.

Andrew will assume I'm hating... but, Lindsay has aged so badly, and is the least photogenic person ever. Even worse than brown teeth Justine. I can't imagine how she'll be when she's 40, 50, etc...

That's not a happy reaction. That's an "OMG, I'm so lucky that I won" reaction. Yeah it was, but it was nice to see, as opposed to the usual eye-rolling and glaring at the end of an early-round error-fest.

That reaction is better. Because it might cause Lindsay to want to improve, and maybe practice. If she's pleased with sucking, then she'll party tonight with Gwen and not care for the next match against Patricia.
But, the bad thing is that you know Patty will blow, and Lindsay can just stand there and win anyway.

It doesn't matter. When important points ensue, Ben is folding like origami.

And yes, she'll roll over Patty in less than an hour, play a good set against Justine and then die in the third.

The worst part about this is Becker knows he should win this match. It's a HUGE opportunity to kickstart his career. A win today puts him in the Top 75.
But, it all revolves around Andre boosting his ego, and stupid fans creaming over the old man.

No, CBS, Becker does not have a good serve. Any stiff could serve 5+ aces a set vs. Andre.
