Just saw JC's pix after he lost: The red eyes, poor thing. I'm a little shocked that ppl actually think he tanked. I mean, he only won 4 matches in the past 6 tournaments. If he wants to lose, I bet he doesn't even have to try. I'm sad to hear that the spaniards integrity is being challenged just because they both lost early. Anyway, I'm very concern if Juanqui can perform well in DC. If he loses there, then he'll be the one to blame.

He looked like he got dropped from the team, oooops. Ouch! Can't blame them for playing Rafa before him. Now I hope if he plays, it would be in a dead-rubber. Or actually the other way, i hope for the dead-rubber, they would play him . Vamos Spain anyway.

I was wondering when Juju was finally going to train at Juanqui's academy! Por: Redaccion Equelite Juju's husband Pierre-Yves likes Juanqui's tennis, that's for sure! Looks like she's getting ready for 2005 and the defence of her AO... I did read somewhere that she was in Alicante... nice place to be where it's still about 17C... not bad for December. www.equelite.com/noticia.asp?idnoticia=60020#

No interview . Oh well. I read couple of fans reports who watched the match and they said Juanqui looks really happy about the win. Well, that's great, he hasn't been happy for too long. Woke up this morning with that tune "never give me on your dream" in my mind, wonder what I was dreaming before waking up. Trying not to be overwhelmed by one win (I mean me, not him). But I now feel better about his chance against Coria, well, now I think he has a chance . I'm longering for the chance to see him facing Fatty on tv, so only if he can overcome Gui. Still a bit of work for him to climb back to 50s. If he can win one more round, he will be back to the Top 50. Well, no pressure, Ferrero, but you don't want to be below 50, no?
