This is where I was told to go to read GWH's (sorry, haven't memorized your name here yet ) reports. No problem as long as you read the disclaimer. I hope you will be entertained by them. As for the Alex match that was on the really hot day and anything I saw was of passing interest, though I really can't give a comment on the match as I wasn't there for long enough. I know he nodded at Kristen before he went to play and I didn't hear too many screams from the match either, though I can find out.

great reports! How did Rafa look?? How was he practicing?? I was more focused on Calleri, but Nadal seemed alright and was in a pretty good frame of mind.

Thanks for your reports...and for the comment about the gunfire...the fat security guard story was funny.

I was more focused on Calleri, but Nadal seemed alright and was in a pretty good frame of mind. Augie and Raffy played a hell of a match last year in Indian Wells -- I had the pleasure to see it. It was the match of the year in my opinion.

another great report, and really happy to hear you are staying on and on, and on by the time you leave the TV coverage will have to try to pick up the slack.

I know he nodded at Kristen before he went to play and I didn't hear too many screams from the match either, though I can find out. Judging by how that match went on the SB I would be surprised if he didn't lose his temper at least a couple times. Of all the matches of his I wish I could have had a report from it would've been this one. Your reports are very detailed GWH. Sounds like you're having a great time ;D.

another great report, and really happy to hear you are staying on and on, and on by the time you leave the TV coverage will have to try to pick up the slack. Most of the TV people wouldn't be bothered going out that far at the best of times. I think how I report these events are very much a niche thing.

They only arrived 2 days ago and if I haven't seen Peter yet, then I haven't seen Marat. Maybe if I'm lucky I could see him warm up on the outer courts late in the day before he plays the night match against Djokovic.

Those are the ones I will be at some point.

Catching up... He got in a good section of the draw and can do quite well as his elbow seems to be a lot better and he was moving very well against a guy who has been better than the last opponents. Hopefully he'll make it to a match worth being on TV (a long stretch, I know). I was pleased to see he had a good first rounder and I'm glad his elbow is feeling better. How old is Koellerer? In the Swedish Yahoo! group there is this big hair controversy going around and I'm completely lost. So Soderling has a new 'do, eh? I'll have to wait for pictures from that. So the court didn't stick to your shoes, eh?

I actually saw Gael, Thierry and Remy wandering around the streets yesterday. I just hope he crushes Ginepri in straight sets. Well I do hope so too though I have nothing against Ginepri. Gaël is great, strong, physically and mentally...just hope he won't end his match like he did against Fabrice in Doha...lying on the floor, not even able to stand up to shake hands with Fabrice...he was knocked by cramps...anyway, thanks for the info. Waiting for the rest of the report...

Hopefully he'll make it to a match worth being on TV (a long stretch, I know). I was pleased to see he had a good first rounder and I'm glad his elbow is feeling better. He plays Luzzi and he would play the winner of Horna/Ljubicic. I wonder how his cousin will be this time around. I could check, but it was a bad loss so haha mummy's boy. He had hair and now he is bald. It didn't stick to the shoes.

I could check, but it was a bad loss so haha mummy's boy. For all the petulance I certainly didn't expect that! Ahhhhh! I figured about as much, considering the last I saw he had short hair. Wow, that will be interesting, especially considering his facial features.

Due to the individual known as GWH having a very busy day at the tennis, what I will do is just give a preview of the matches that I was at, and tomorrow morning before I go to the tennis I will have Monday's report written out as there is a lot to edit and I will organise it tonight, so I can get into it straight away.
Apart from Monaco losing to Fish, and Costa's poor performance this day was a very good day as Gaston, Monfils, Baghdatis, Calleri and Nieminen winning.
The matches that will get a write up as follows.
Baghdatis vs Luzzi (interesting Koellerer antidote) Phau v Costa ( still can't believe that performance) O.Rochus vs Kiefer Monfils vs Ginepri Gaudio vs Gimelknob Monaco vs Fish Hrbaty vs Söderling Calleri vs Mirnyi
Matches that I was at for a while
