Only Nestor is bold? What's Knowles, chopped liver? I would like to see Stich play again.

Stich should play with that misogynist Krajicek.

I don't think Ivanovic will be playing the Andy Murray lite game that carried her through the QF and SF tomorrow. She'll be back to first strike tennis. And JH will probably be tighter than her.

Justine will be tighter, and she'll still win like 2 & 2.

I don't think she'll be that tight actually, I saw some new stuff from her in the semi, mental wise, that I hadn't seen before. Plus it'll be the first time her direct family will be watching.

I thought all of Justine's family was dead, and/or hated her.

They are dead and/or hated her until recently. They have reconciled and/or are still dead.

She and her sister watched part of Fed's match together yesterday. I posted a pic in her thread. I'm so happy about this reconciliation; one of the greatest things a woman can have in life is a sister. And presumably by now her brothers won't still be trying to boss her.

After the clinical peformances Justine put on in the quarters and semis, I wouldn't be shocked with a result similar to the 1988 RG final. Ana's playing in her first GS final and the improved serve and hard-hitting won't matter because this is Justine at RG. Justine can handle anything thrown at her. Ana will be forced to come up with "something extra" and when she fails to do so, she'll go into self-destruct mode. At which point, I will start throwing things at my television set.

Really promising start from Ana! Pity it only lasted one and a half games.

Ana's early wave of winners has crashed upon the shoals of Justine's ineradicable beachhead.
Maybe - big maybe - Ana can win three or four games this second set.

On a side note, I'm crazy! I have to work in the afternoon!
Ana is doing much better on Justine's serve. I wonder if she'll be able to hold even once?
I like her, I really do. But this is such a different match from Sharapova in the semis and their four-stroke rallies ending in wild Maria errors.
Oooh, nice point from Ana. 40-0 on serve. HOLD. MATCH MARY IN '05.

I slept in until right now, figuring that i was too fucking tired to get up and watch a blow out, but that if i waited until an hour into the match i wouldn't be mad at myself for waking up for it. On that note, I see that I can go back to bed now.

No of total combined games won by losing Slam finalists in 07 = 6 No of total combined games lost by Justine in her 4 RG finals = 16

Ted Robinson just informed us that, "She's so good, people are going to wonder how she didn't win in 2004."
I don't think they will. She was diseased!

Congrats to Justine Henin on winning her third straight French Open final. But look who she's gotten to play in the finals of all 4 of her French Open titles. Talk about easy pickings. I feel for Ana Ivanovic. Her coach couldn't even make the final because Ana was playing another Adidas player. I never heard of anything so absurd. And Ana desperately need a coach for today against Henin that's for sure. Ana wouldn't have won but would likely have played better than she did.

Ana doesn't have a coach, but is working with Sven Groenefeld who is supposed to help all Adidas players, should they ask for it. Since Justine is also with Adidas he had to remain impartial and not give any advice to Ana. But 15 coaches wouldn't have helped her today, so it's all a moot point.

I'm glad I already liked Justine, otherwise I'd probably despise her after listening to McDipshit fawn and drool over the silliest things. Ted Robinson's still an idiot as ever and Carillo somehow managed to talk during most of the points inserting Sharapova and Federer in the unlikeliest of moments and then suddenly shut up totally for the last few games. I can't believe how heavenly the fox sports commentators were by comparison
