Please let the only player since 2001 to be illegally seeded lose ASAP Make that a double break - Kutuzova serving at 4-1. Now that I turn my attention to this match...I see that somehow Shriek managed to take the first set 7-5 anyway. Women's tennis

Fed and Lu just played a point which left my flatmate and I slackjawed in amazement.

Just noticed that there were 3 men named González in the main draw...all from different countries. Fernando (CHI), Maximo (ARG) and Santiago (MEX). Surely a first?

Beck is back from roids? He won his match in spite of the apparent choke.

Grass specialist Rybarikova. J.Blake. Screecher de Screamo. Rapmaster Vinny S! Robin the Dork! U-Rad! My main man Hernych lost to Snotso. Crazy-Dani choked away a two set lead but probably got a big payoff from the mob. Thunder. Cibulkova. Jo-Willy seemed to make a meal out of what should have been a fairly straightforward win. I thought Dechy might have had enough guile to get past Olaru, but I am glad she didn't! Wimby specialist F-Lo lost to Beck. 1-6 7-5 6-3 4-6 10-8

Fran quashed my WozCan prediction! And I am thrilled!
Stunned IRO beat Dechy! And I am thrilled!
Djokovic in his Wimbledon attire...I am thrilled. But in a special way.

So, I turned on Wimbledon for a minute, and I heard 2 blonde bitches loudly shrieking at each other. No thanks.
ESPN has had the Hantuchova-Robson match on their bottom line. I assume the hype is already in full gear... blargh.

The only televised match left that I care about is Latisha/Cake. And that is still several light years away thanks to Malisse and Schuettler. It'll probably get moved Golubev/Tsonga was pretty spectacular in places. Only just noticed that Nole lost the first set to Benneteau, WTF happened there?

IVO is up 2 sets. He's going to ruin his "sleeper" status every year by actually defeating a qualifier in the 1R for once.

Grass court specialist Tammy down a set to Parra. Ai about to finish a totally un-upset upset over Batty. Djokovic won.

Grass court specialist Tammy down a set to Parra. A set and a break now. Uhhhhh? Bepa went from 0-1 to 4-1 barely losing points, then had a mini meltdown (tally: one smashed racket) and Stoop loosened up and actually started playing well. Bepa righted herself at 4-4, held serve with ease until the TB, which she swept with some fine play. Stoop isn't bad though, and she's just going for all her shots.
