So, how many games will Maria win? I'm going with 7.

Kvitova is stomping all over Woz, who is just a statist on court, literally.

Oh, Hannah Storm. You may want to sit down for this one...but Czechoslovakia is no longer a country.
Take all the time you need to adjust.

Maria losing 0 and 1 should cheer me up, at least.
Thing with Justine is, she's not even fun to watch any more. Unless you really love stupid UEs and constant cries of "FAULT!". And she's crap on big points now (though still better than Demented, lulz).

Jesus bloody Christ, there's still some actual tennis going on, there's no need for BOTH channels to immediately switch over to show Our Nole warming up. God dammit, won't he just lose already.
Off to football.

Is Woz really about to lose 2 and 0?

Lololol Woz looked like some challenger hack. I'm liking this day so far except that Groth disappointment, and the Belgian Sisters match should've been better.

Last two games were just embarrassing for Woz...Kvitova just teeing off on everything for a winner, BAM. She's now thrashed both leading Generation Suckers!

Justine just breaking my heart tournament after tournament. I know she fell on that right hand, but seriously? Losing to Kim when Kim was playing pretty crappy herself? After playing great in the 1st? Right now I wish I could stop caring

Gotta give Maria some credit for holding her own so far in this set. Her game may not be anywhere near it used to be, but the tour has sorely missed matches like this IMO.
4-4 30-0 Maria on the Silliams serve.

Who saw those two backhand returns? Jesus... Serena, and she was not pleased. But yeah, they were incredible.

6-6! 33 points to Maria, 32 to Serena.
The first TB they've played apparently!

She has to win the first set to have any chance. Best she's played since 2008.
Also, there's no way MLDB was ever louder than Sharapova.

7-7 but I can't see how Silliams is going to lose this now. That serve at 6-4 was her once chance I fear.
SP again now but on the Silliams serve.

Serena netted a return on her set point, now another one for Maria. Serena SERVE does the damage.

loooooool @ how that ended. Maria DF, Silliams ace.
That set reminded me of the Maria/Venus SF in '05, except without the rallies.

Much better than I expected. She'll still lose to Silliams in straights, but this won't be an embarassment.
