Oudin is playing like crap. Corrected Or, as V. Wade just noted, she's "just a bit lacking. Generally." A-Bond is lacking mentally, though

It is concluded. A-Bond won the final 12 points from *4-5 down. It can't be too often she experiences winning on a Slam show court.

Oudin is playing like crap. Corrected Or, as V. Wade just noted, she's "just a bit lacking. Generally." Ha, I had the Ginny Wade commentary, too. You could tell she was trying not to come down too hard on Oudin, who was "at sixes and sevens out there", but she couldn't help but point out how badly she was playing. Even so, I'm glad Melanie did have that little spurt of playing more authoritatively, just for her own self-respect. But it's hard to feel bad about a loss of a player who seemed to be dying to escape the evil torture chamberSlam that brought such agony on her.

Azarenka's back at her hotel & apparently made this statement:
"I was warming up in the gym prior to my match against Gisela Dulko, when I fell while running a sprint. I fell forward and hit my arm and head. I was checked by the medical team before I went on court, and they were courtside for monitoring. I felt worse as the match went on, having a headache and feeling dizzy. I also started having trouble seeing and felt weak before I fell. I was taken to the hospital for some medical tests and have been diagnosed with a mild concussion."

Although that might be the last match we ever get to see him play.
Surprised at how badly I wanted Snotso to close out...more the crowd and the media than Andy.
Snotso just had tons more game than Andy today. Now watch him lose 3-6 3-6 1-6 to Mofees.

That reaction after the loss was strange. Usually he storms off the court and immediately swears and breaks things as soon as he thinks he's out of camera range. That was pure frustration like he finally realizes he's nothing but bug serve.
And why is Snotso never seeded for slams, this is like the 10th impressive slam match I've seen from him. And he's way too keen to level-headed to have earned the nickname Snotso. Then again, everyone from YUG is insane.

Also, not surprising to see Andrew act like an ass. And why does every player refuse to believe they could ever foot fault. And the jerk kept doing it the rest of the match. I wish Andrew wouldn't be so bitchy and mean... or at least be funny while doing it.

Haha, awesome result to wake up to! I've seen Tipsy play so badly, and he's had such poor losses in his time, that I never feel I can rely on him. Also, Roddick trying to fuck with the lineswoman is funny, if only because she was a formidable old bat who won't be scared like Shino. I love the way she raises her eyebrows at 0:22 as if to say "are you kidding me with your douchiness?" - www.youtube.com/watch?v=764euVHKAmk
