Rus is such a nothing player that should be first round fodder, and she's pretty enough to where kids like her. Ugh.

Now she takes a fake time-out to get the match suspended. Please lose. naughty! Reminds me of Kournikova asking for a bathroom break as dusk fell in a match she was losing to Novotna, after failing to get the match called for darkness. But AK didn't have Hingis' skilz even in bathroom-break requests, and her request was denied.

It's much darker there in reality then they show on TV. I remember the difference clearly when I was in Berlin. Considering I can even see on TV that it's dark, I can't imagine how tough it's on court right now.

I'm a bit surprised that Monaco prevailed. He is better on clay obviously but he seemed like he was about to go down early in the fourth.

But they still can't get lights at Stade Roland Garros.

As to what people were saying earlier, I sincerely hope Maria will not win this. But it does seem likely since Serena is dead.
However, she has a knack for losing the final. So maybe it'll happen again.

But AK didn't have Hingis' skilz even in bathroom-break requests, and her request was denied. I remember that Majoli was asked to comment on that, and she said that she would have peed on court right there. I missed this whole day of tennis. Nice to see KKKanepi prevail in the end.

Haha I briefly checked the scores last night at the party I was at, after it was over, and was just like "duh, of course" when I saw Killer Kaia won. Had no idea of the drama en route to the fairly predictable result. Goerges' attitude has always been abominable. Losing to Rus is more than I could have hoped for. Granola in a Slam second week
