I picked Courage through to R16, the only reason I was cheering for her. Hey, it sounds like Golding is still a child actor!

What a ludicrous challenge from Ernie.

Two sets up though. I'm not that surprised, this is just the sort of match he randomly wins before a loss to like Janowicz in the next round.

Hasn't Clijsters finished her r1 Wonder Woman act yet?

Janko's having trouble doing anything useful with her forehand. No depth AND crazy errors. The scraps Kim's been feeding her in the form of free UEs is what's kept it barely interesting.

Golding's dramatics on losing the third set TB were funny.

OK, Jelena is going to be broken now and lose, just in time for the shitty Grey's Anatomy.

LOL @ Gulbis def. Berdych 7/6 x 3
At first I was surprised that it was on Center Court, but then I had a thought that Gulbis will suddenly show up cause it's a big match.

Great tennis in that TB though, especially after the fiasco of the missed MPs earlier.
Thank Christ Isner's out of here.

The quotes from Gulbis are coming already and they are as brilliant as expected! Why can't you win more??
'Really happy I didn't choke in the end, as usual, so ... it's progress.'
"I'm really well known for mental strength. Watch my previous matches."
Gulbis on his next opponent, one of two qualifiers: "It's okay. I've lost to both of them. I'm not underestimating nobody."

In the short term the good that's come of it is a Berdprych loss.

A spot in the quarters for Gasquet or Mayer can also now be envisaged - though I would not be surprised at all if it was Petzsch.

Our first SEWTA match to go to 6-6 and beyond in the third... Gallovits-Hall vs. Soler Espinosa Makes perfect sense to me! SSE is coming off an injury and EGH is terrible on clay and should be shot off of clay. How late can matches go here? I forgot.

In the once-proud category, Hantuchova and Zvonareva are down a set to Hampton and Bathel, respectively.
