How is Ceca pronounced? Tse-Tsa? Yep! It really is a Bulgarian nickname for Tsvetanas, albeit a bit oldfashioned from what I understand. For us, it is a nick for Svetlanas. Ceca is also one of our biggest music stars. Very popular in Bulgaria as well, incidentally.

At home I have a PC that is 10 years old, I feel like it's time for something new. It has lasted 10 years?! Every PC I've ever had gave up on me after 4-5 years max. It's still working! You just need a bit of patience That's why I'm not in a hurry, plus I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab now, but still time to update.

Amazing fighting qualities on one side and horrible errors on the other.

Imagine how confusing it is for people who don't speak English. ;D From what I know, it stands for the "ts" sound in Slavic languages, Hungarian and Albanian.

Oh my. Radwanska's draw looks like a collective bye to the semifinals. I can live with her being ranked 3rd, as the rankings are a mere statistical tribute. But that slowmo game of hers should not be getting her anywhere near a GS SF.

So Tsveti blew 5 set points? Oh, man! I don't like today at Wimbledon. :whine:

Even looking at their initials annoys me!

But the only thing I liked about ARad is that she has never gotten past the quarters of a major. That little detail always made me laugh even when I was down.

A-Rad of course can win the tournament, especially if the huge hopes of most I'm seeing happens and Maria goes down early.
Maria out before their match-up at least puts her right into the final.

If you're buying a Mac, get in touch if you want a discount... Is this offer possible internationally? If an international comes to LDN, perhaps.

If you're buying a Mac, get in touch if you want a discount... It would still be overpriced. I'll clean the dust out of all your old, dirty computers. You don't know what the discount would be though, do you? Also, it would look sexy and blow any of its competitors out of the water in terms of usability. AND last a lot longer. Yes, they are very expensive and minus the discount would have a strong case indeed to argue against forking out so much. But the reality is, not everyone is a tech geek like you and can workaround alternatives to the easy to use, seamless user interface Macs are undeniably >>>> anyone else. Did you TRY the Samsung tablet. Or that phone they have that when you make a call looks like you have a massive slab across your head. Oh, and some tennis happened. Is Masha still playing like she's on an orange surface?

At least Wozniacki-Paszek was good, watchable tennis. A lot of times SEWTA is not even that. The winner Tamira hit on mp was hysterical. It did not have to be that good. But it was. Woz's matches this year seem to follow a familiar trend. FH breaks down, opponent not giving enough errors, desperation Winner-acki only can get her a game or two. I wonder if part of the problem is that she's caught in between trying to be more aggressive and her comfort zone of not going for shots. She does seem to be making many more errors than last year. Anyway, good for Tamira. Hopefully another good run?

I... don't think there's a reason to be upset over Lee Na's remark.

I don't see Grassonkova recovering from the blown chances of set one. Maybe Su-Wei has a surprise for us in round 3!
Nice win today for Stephens over Cetkovska, who can play on grass. Next up, Lisicki. I think Sloane might beat her.
A rematch of the Wimbledon QF of 2010 when Vera announced her (brief) arrival as a top player. This time I think Kim wins but I hope otherwise. Vera has had such a terrible season that expectations have to be low. She might sneak under the radar and Kim might be rusty. Let's hope lightning strikes twice here.
The top QF is pretty interesting. Some good players in there. So of course we will get that Sharapova-Clijsters QF, right?
I shudder at Radwanska's draw. It really does look like an easy trip to a SF. But it seems too easy. I wonder if something stupid will happen to her, like a Petrova revival.
Who is Giorgi and why is she into the 3rd round?
Cirstea d. Li is pretty funny. I've been ambivalent towards Na for some time - now I think I'm anti. She does have a great personality and what she did last year winning a GS was great. But I'm tired of this year-long clusterfuck she's been engaged in.
Which brings us to Stosur. Losing to Rus, whom you bagelled in the second set, is beyond poor. But you could feel a loss like this coming after what happened in Paris.
I don't even know what to think about that quarter. Kirilenko in the QF? That happened before, right? AO 2010? Dinara retired against her in round 4?

Who is Giorgi and why is she into the 3rd round? She's one of those erratic players with a bug serve. And the draw gods smiled upon her.

It feels odd to see Watson and Stephens playing well. And the resurrections of Petrova, Paszek, Cornet et al.

Oh FFS Lee Na Cirstea is one of those players she's beaten even in poor form before. That section was so wide open too. Ugh @ Ma$ha's Fighting Spirit. Hopefully Tsveti can make a comeback today but I don't have faith. Aga must be a rare case of the player I love reaching a level I never dreamed she could...and the result is that I like her a lot less.

Troicki's last seven Slam matches, dating back to last year's USO, have been five-setters. That's insane.
