Can Shitra just RET (HEAT EXHAUSTION/ASTHMA/HUMIDITY) already plz? Thanks.

Women's tennis is so bad. Like, really, I'm done. I can't watch it anymore. These matches today are all garbage. And the men's slam matches take too long, especially in the early rounds where most of the scrubs losing will tank after being down a set. Jamie Hampton did play well, but yeah, it's so rare to see a decent match. I honestly think women's tennis is more fun to talk about than it is to actually watch. On the men's side, that does seem to be sadly true of some of the scrubs but definitely not all, and I've seen some fun tennis so far. Petra coming to life here!

If Stephens doesn't get her in the next round, Shitra could actually BS her way to a QF here, at which point Silliams can notch up another double bagel.

Why does the crowd prefer Laura? Why not? She's the underdog, she behaves well, looks like she cares, she's playing well (for SEWTA). Kvitova just double faulted for the 13th time! make it 14th time now, lol. I don't even mind if Laura wins, at least she's trying to play as well as her ability allows. Laura breaks!

I don't think Robson's played well at ALL. Either one of these women plays at even 50% of their ability, they win the match 2 and 2.

I don't think Robson's played well at ALL. Either one of these women plays at even 50% of their ability, they win the match 2 and 2. I don't expect the not-top-players like Laura to play great all the time. So I take their average level. For me Laura plays at her normal level. I mean she moves better then Petra, it's already a plus in my book.

I turned it off; can't bear to watch. Petra the Confident of the first three games disappeared in a cloud of unknowing. It's true that Laura would appeal to the crowd, and I have nothing against her, but Petra really should be able to beat her. But I'm living in a Dream-Petra world, I know.

Given Petra's form coming in, it's a miracle she won a set, let alone is probably going to win. I think everyone expected her to lose badly here. They didn't count on Robson descending below Shitra's level.

I just prefer Petra to lose to Robson who i like, then to Stephens who I don't care about. Anyway Petra showed up and won a game on Laura's serve. She started her serve with a DF,

Petra goes 30-0 up, three needless errors to go 30-40 down, an ace and a bark, an ace and a fistpump... One of those points was actually won by Laura, it wasn't a needless error. You're biased. ;D
