Sjijsjling very excited after his win. Still playing on some courts while suspended for rain on others; England is a mysterious place.

One positive about Serena: She ceases the "last American(s) standing" nonsense for half the event. Do we need that reminded every point about Kudla and Reynolds, like anyone gives a shit about them.

So today was chaotic and crazy. I'm just glad to be home and will not move for an hour now. Glad that Kimiko won! Also, hilariously a friend of mine is in London and has been going on for over a week about how she's going to attend Wimbledon and she's only visiting on Friday. She wasn't too pleased yesterday. If she wants to look at the positive side, it's still going to be way better than the "Black Second Thursday" of the US Open.

Chris Evert says Kimiko's game reminds her of her own game. No. STFU. I enjoy your hatred of Chris Evert greatly.

I'm suspicious of all women older than 25 who use "cute" diminutive forms of their names.

It would be so uncharacteristic of Zemlja to win that match against Dimitrov. He always comes to the matches half asleep/barely alive and by the time he wakes up it's usually too late. Hope I'm wrong, though.

Hope I'm wrong, though. I'll be stunned if he wins, too; I expect he'll be super nervous. But what a great fight he's put up! Just hope his excellent performance has shamed the other 2 SLOs for their really poor efforts on grass.
