I don't think Tatiana had time to recover from that bad ankle injury. She's apparently not holy enough to have earned the miraculous 1-week recovery that Saint Kim's angel friends sent down to her earlier this year.

I think Murray will start cramping in the 3rd set. Thoughts? Inconceivable! He's a clay court specialist! He trains in Spain, mainly on the plain!

Or else you are a candidate for my thread on WTAWorld.

Hingis on her game:
" Today I would probably beat the Martina back then. But who knows. Some of the things that I was doing back then, I don't have now," she told a press conference after her quick win.
"But I have some weapons today which I didn't have then. It's probably the brains and everything. Experience, more mature."
What she had then was bangs! Forehead coverage!

Well ... obviously Murray has non-fake trouble with his back, since he's serving like Hingis.
Meanwhile, Monfils is totally confused.

The good news for Murray is that Monfils is probably the only player on tour with less physical resistance than himself.

I was rooting for Tati so Baghdatis won, but it shouldn't have taken so long. :/ Yay for Ana Ivanovic def Sam Stosur! I've always found her cute and she has a nice-ish game. Murray's serve is non-existant and Monfils is still not doing anything. Allez Monfils!

Yes, poor Tati. But it was expected. She blows on red clay, and she's been injured. Not a bad scoreline considering the circumstances.

Yes, poor Tati. But it was expected. She blows on red clay, and she's been injured. Not a bad scoreline considering the circumstances. I started watching it on tv from 6-3, 4-1 for Zheng. Tati fought well. I saw enough to see that Zheng won't be the MAJOR threat to Martina, I had earlier thought she would be.
