Henin-Hardenne was probably the only person in south west London who actually enjoyed the hours of rain on Monday. "I was a bit tired from my last two matches in Eastbourne," she said. "The rain yesterday helped me a little bit. I was feeling better today."

Je me suis senti impuissant."

Poor Gassy! We forgot to throw him into the bath tub and give him some juice apparently.

Dick is a pansy.
I don't know why so many of us like him.

Dick is a pansy. I don't know why so many of us like him. Well, he's a great player and a charming kid, but he has this tragic flaw. No juice in the bath!

Yikes! I really, really don't want to start disliking Gasboy, but he sounds so, errr ... MOPEY! But merci beaucoup for the new vocab word, la courbature!

Gasquet's been a mopey bitch for a while, though. His lame performances at AO, and especially Marseille, cannot be ignored.
While he's not in the Murray range, he's certainly a wimp. And deserves booing. Even more so since he probably banged Princess Tati. Who you know is underage.

Guess who:
"He hobbles around off court on tired limbs but still digs deep as soon as battle commences, the gunslinger from Las Vegas knows that whatever the pain, the showman must always give of his best."

Q. You were 3 Love down. She had the momentum in the third. How did you manage to turn it around?
AI SUGIYAMA: Yeah, I didn't serve well at the beginning of the third set, so I lost my rhythm at the beginning and she was always attack my second serve, of course. But it seems like she was also tired. Then it was pretty humid, yeah, hot and humid.
We had long rallies, and she was shaking her legs. And so maybe I got a chance if I can still hang in there. Tried to get back the ball back into the court as much as I can, and then it turned around. So it was good.

"In general, I just felt tired on the court, slow and everything. But it was not because of the injury or anything. It was just, you know, those are days when you just wake up and you feel tired and you have to overcome. And, unfortunately, I really didn't do that that well today."

Q. Four hours and one minute on a very hot day. You getting a little tired? Were you able to just rally yourself in that fifth set?
JARKKO NIEMINEN: I think I was really tired in the end, I have to say. I was just fighting against myself that this is I mean, you can't give up. Just fight and fight. I was really frustrated in the beginning of fifth set after losing after two matchpoints. I think somebody said at 6 5, when I was serving for the match in the tiebreak, we hit 42 times. So there was lot of chances that he could miss, 21 shots. So I was getting really tired, but I was now I'm very happy that I was able to keep fighting and finally I won the match.

Q. Is this the best tennis you've played in your career, this last ten days at Wimbledon?
SEVERINE BREMOND: Yeah, for sure. I mean, I think I never played like that before. It's my first quarters in a Grand Slam, so you don't do that like this with chances.
It was a really good, good tennis all those 10 days. Today I was a bit tired. Yesterday I thought I could have one day off, you know, and play only on Wednesday. I'm not so disappointed because it was great.
