The name Severine always make me think of Venus In Furs. I remember when Rachel wanted to name her baby "Sandrine: it's French," and Ross said that name sounded like "an industrial solvent." Which is a good line.

I'm predicting Dementieva to upset Sharapova 7-5 3-6 6-4. And believe it or not after Masha served 10 double faults today in her win over Pennetta and she could actually serve more double faults than Elena in their match.

I've got to leave WTAWorld before Maria's fans turn me against her like pretty much every other fanbase other than JHH's has. Today was the first time ever I felt some contempt when Maria won. That and she was extra noisy.
I need to be banned. Better stir up some trouble while I can.

Let us pray for the Bremond upset. see, you really are that obsessed with Justine If I could speak frankly for a moment, I don't give a fuck about Justine. Since you bring it up, I don't think I've had an obsession since The Equalizer. Oh wait, there was my fetish for David Spade's fetish for fat guys. But that passed quickly.

yes, I know she won a single game. But one game, what's that? An aberration. How can she stink so bad while being ranked so high.

Queen Masha ;D
Anyone see the streaker? Tracy and Jimmy couldn't stop giggling like little schoolgirls for minutes after the incident.

Yeah, that would have been better! Too bad Sania stinks, too.
Maria exits the court after easy 1 hr 10 min. QF.

Are streakers a purely British phenomenomenomen? I can't imagine the French doing that.

I'm impressed with Severine. She's winning so many points on her 2ND serve even. Hope she loses right now ;D, but keeps rising in the WTA.

Sevvy is apparently doing herself proud and that is an entertaining match according to Eurosport. yeah, she's definitely got game. Nice big ace on her last game point, 119 mph! Nice guts, too; didn't see the usual "oh no" flinch of the low-ranked women. Now I expect Kim to do a 61 60 on Li.
