Now Nasty is blowing too. She doesn't care about her game, only her looks.

I'm getting Kim on one channel and Momo on the other.
Nastya's doing better now after an indifferent first set. I like both girls so don't know who to root for. Nastya is so beautiful. She's looking hot in this match.
If Li Na wins, Justine will be in the final without playing a Top Ten opponent like Sveta at RG.

Kim-Na has had some REALLY entertaining rallies. Easily the pick of the QF's.

"Mauresmo has remembered how to get the ball back in play, Myskina's turn to hit a hatful of errors and Mauresmo holds ot love but still trails 4-2 in the second set."

I've got to leave WTAWorld before Maria's fans turn me against her like pretty much every other fanbase other than JHH's has. Today was the first time ever I felt some contempt when Maria won. That and she was extra noisy. I need to be banned. Better stir up some trouble while I can. I could get you banned wasily if you want to get banned. Boring QF's

So the semis are set. The day on thursday should be cooler, so maybe better matches in store. I hope to see an impressive win from an impressive Hardenne.

I don't want Amelie to make the final.

bah, Justine's never beaten Kim three times in a row so it doesn't look good. Well actually it doesn't look good because she played like poo today but that's not as fun a reason.

I guess Elena does need serve to be champion.

This Amelie-Nastya match is hideous. And Pamela is making sure we're aware of it. I really think Maria will beat Amelie now... sigh.

Today was pretty hot; makes for bad tennis from the women.

Today was pretty hot; makes for bad tennis from the women. "Was"? Larry Scott says they get more complaints about grunting from Britain than anywhere else. He said some other things, but I was making my dinner.

Grunting, or SCREECHING LIKE A STUCK PIG? I can't even watch Sharapova matches any more.

I'm getting Kim on one channel and Momo on the other. Whereas we got one match live, the rest taped. Thanks so much, NBC. I only watched Justine, which was by no means a great match, but it was live. I heard Stuck-Pig Barbie (yes, new, improved name!) screech just once and abandoned tv tennis for the day.

Good for Li and Severine for not getting blown out. Breakout event for them. Severine is an ancient 26! I guess they're both late bloomers ... We have the SF all must have expected. I guess it would be too much to hope for Kim to beat Justine ... if she is to do that, a quick start is absolutely crucial, methinks. It should be easier for Kim to hit through Justine on grass, but that has been a losing gameplan. There's a glimmer of hope that she might do the deed, but it's much more likely to be same-old, same-old. Justine is simply the better player at the moment. But maybe she's tired. Tactically, what's the key for you? What did you take away from the Eastbourne match? KIM CLIJSTERS: There I played a really good second set. I think it's just really important to play aggressive tennis, and, you know, like I said, she's the type of player that she gets a lot of balls back. She's worked a lot on her strength. She hits a lot more powerful than she used to. Like I said, I have to be aggressive, make sure that I, you know, keep it up, don't let her try to dictate the points too much. Same old gameplan it is! As for Amelie-Sharapova ... Amelie should win that, but there's a very good chance she will not.

Yay, KFC is already resigned to her ensuing suckage! How I love watching her spray 100 forehands out.
A Maria-Justine final worries me, though...

Juju has a slight edge on Clijsters on grass; leads the h2h 2/1 (retired after being a set up). I always thought JHH has a great game for grass. A Shara /Henin final would be great. A henin /Amelie final would be great too, and greater still if Henin wins it

I don't want Ame in the final. if it is it will be lose-lose for Justine with the press. If J loses they'll say look Amelie is better Justine wasn't sick in AO, and if she wins they'll say hey here was her chance to let Amelie win and give Amelie a normal celebration at a GS and the bitch didn't do it.

Justine/Maria would be worse. I couldn't stomach listening to biased announcing, and her primal orgasms.

Justine has done enough. I hope she wins, but I don't expect her to beat Kim at Wimbledon, with the pressure and all. If she does, it's gravy.

Justine/Maria would be worse. I couldn't stomach listening to biased announcing, and her primal orgasms. Justine/Maria would be great. No bitching from either fanbase regardless of the result. Plus Justine's game is attractive and Masha's looks are attractive. Great to watch.

How loud was that shriek? 09:16am 5th July 2006
SPORTSMAIL measured the Sharapova Scream at an incredible 102.7 decibels — equivalent to a pneumatic drill. That beat her previous best of 102.5, recorded at Wimbledon last year.
She had started yesterday's match shrieking at a relatively sedate 89.3, but was regularly breaking 100 by the second set.
She is easily the loudest on the circuit — far ahead of Serena Williams (88), sister Venus (85) and Lindsay Davenport (84). By contrast, Tim Henman registers a paltry 61.6.

Yeah, that's strange. Lindsay plays silently! All I can figure is they measured one of her rare shrieks she makes when she makes a bad error.
