Ai won 6-1, 6-0. Andy looks mighty impressive in this match. It's remarkable how far he's come along from the crap he was pulling this year. Now, if he can quickly wrap this up and lose in the second or third round. I want to monitor Lindsay's progress with the injury.

I saw Serra in Toronto and I'm not sure he could beat Serra-Zannetti. Either one! "Shahar Peer is another winner, she enjoyed a comfortable 6-2 6-2 win over Shahar Peer"

Serra is here to collect his ~$10K and train for more scrub clay events.

Dubois is NOT going to get double-bagelled! 1-2 now. Steph has succeeded in the first part of her strategy, lulling her opponent into a sense of security. Now comes Phase II -- the comeback from 1-6 down!

Oh, and I'm getting Srichaphan-Acasuso on tv right now. I've got Jimmy Arias, Katrina Adams, Kathy Rinaldi (barf.), etc. commentating the Open this year.

You know, I'm half expecting Rezai to beat Al Groenefeld.

Wow, Kuznetsova is just horrible, spraying the ball everywhere. The sound is back but there are no commentators. It's not bad, actually.

Tracy with some bullshit... "Lindsay always wants to please the fans! A fighter! Blah!". Lindsay already showing her fighting spirit by running down balls 15 feet inside the baseline.

Shoot, if Kloesel scores the upset, she will no longer be anonymous! Surely she will choke, though. If she had guts, she wouldn't be anonymous in the first place!

Klara is playing silly. Stop bashing the ball down the middle. Smooth flat shots near the baseline. Sloth isn't moving for those.

Klara is stupid. Please call for your coach. Or anyone in the stands. They'll tell you STOP HITTING FLAT SHOTS RIGHT AT HER.

Hard to tell. Klara is not making it too hard for her.

Kloesel's on tv! I should have known that if I crabbed about her, she'd suddenly get good.
