Wait, what? He lost his title? The race before the last one? Yes, Fischella is declared as the Brazilian GP's winner later. So they changed their trophys before the race of San Marino. And Kimi got 2nd place in San Marino, that's not bad Good Luck at Barcelona ;D

Barcelona... That brings me bad memories of a few years ago. Firstly because the nightmare (for McLaren mainly) called traction control was introduced on this circuit. It gave them problems for the races afterwards. Secondly it was where Mika Hakkinen had an engine failure in the last lap He drove an excellent race and while in the final lap (I was already jumping up and down) his engine lost it and Michael overtook him. He did manage to be in the points though.

Just find a few more pic of Kimi in Brazil, the guy in yellow suit is Fischella right, he seemed not very happy!

In Malaysia this year. The quality of the pix are not that good and the model is even worse.

Thanks for the pics Lee That pic was probably taken in Brasil. At first Fisichella thought he won and was very excited, but a few minutes after that Kimi was declared the winner so that's why he wasn't really happy.

Montoya lost his drivers license for 2 months. ;D He was caught driving 204km/h in the south of france. He also has to pay € 1000, but he can still compete in F1.

Just finished watching the Austrian GP. Kimi came in second, 10 seconds behind Michael Schumacher, but managed to avoid being taken over in second place by one of Schumacher's teammates. So he has managed to beat at least one of the new Ferraris. The new McLaren car should be ready this week so it will be interesting to see what happens in the next race.
Kimi still leads the drivers race by 2 points. Ferrari took the constructors' race with 1 point.

Well, the SPEED channel just did a mini-interview with the 3 podium-makers. Kimi has a very nasally voice, it was rather off-putting -- but then, they only asked him 1 question though they went on and on with the Ferrari drivers Biased much? LOL. And they cut away when they started speaking in their native languages! UGH! Stoopid American TV.

Hi Hackie! ;D I watched the race too. And I stayed very late to watch the video of Coria vs Calleri, so I'm sleepy now... But I'm still happy that Coria won. ;D Kimi did a good job It's not easy for him to hold the 2nd place in yesterday's race. One time last year, he was in lead and Schumacher just behind him, after several laps Kimi couldn't stand it and ran wide But now he can manage to deal with such situation ;D He looks really experienced now. Alonso also drives good and I've got a feeling that Alonso is more aggresive, but Kimi is more consistent. ;D

The press always pay more attention to Ferrari , especially for this race, because last year at A1 ring, according to the "team's order", Rubens Barichello, who was in lead and could be champion of the race, slow down and let teammate Schumacher pass him to be the champion. This caused a lot of troubles later. Maybe that's why this time everybody's watching Ferrari.

He sounded really nasally, but the accent was pretty cute I guess I'd have to listen to more than a few sentences to have a better idea of what he sounds like.

Here's MY question, and forgive me for delving into his personal life. Take a look at the picture Kiro posted called "Ice Man" -- is that a wedding ring he's wearing? At least, its on his wedding ring finger. A European thing, or does he have a wife?

The Monaco track is much more interesting than the Austrian one, and this is a pretty cool pic Finland's Kimi Raikkonen takes his McLaren Mercedes along the harbour front in Monte Carlo Saturday May 31, 2003, during qualification for Sunday's Monaco Grand Prix which he will start in second position.
