At least she's finally being honest. Or is she? She insists that she thought it was flaxseed oil. Not that anybody ever believes that anyways, but even if that's true she doesn't have an ounce of credibility left, so who is going to be foolish enough to stretch their mind around the possibility?

She admits that she did realize pretty quickly that it was no flaxseed oil that was giving her this mystery boost:
"I consumed this substance several times before the Sydney Olympics and continued using it after," Jones told the judge. "By November 2003, I realized he was giving me performance-enhancing drugs."

Oh well, oops, that means she's saying she DIDN'T know for 2-3 years -- still, she's not pretending she never did know. She admits she knew about it when all this happened: (this is all from ESPN.com): She had vehemently denied all doping allegations, even issuing this emphatic declaration in 2004: "I have never, ever used performance-enhancing drugs." She also sued Conte after he repeatedly accused Jones of using performance-enhancing drugs and said he watched her inject herself.Bleah, lying, suing sports dopers

I love the "OMG, I didn't know what pills I was taking! Or this needle I inserted into myself! I just did it for the hell of it! I'm a hugely successful athlete that's put years of effort into getting into prime condition, but I'll just put whatever in my body!" excuse.
