to win 2008 Canadians. Once again, Jeffrey had the SP of the event but blew in the LP (or at least made 2-3 errors). He's totally the Sasha Cohen of men's figure skating. Meanwhile, Patrick is the real deal. I saw him in Reading, PA for Skate America and he rocks. To be that good and improving that fast at the age of 16 is pretty amazing. He didn't even have the triple axel before the summer, and now his triple axel is fairly consistent and HUGE. Can't wait to see him do two in one program, and hopefully add the quad one day. In pairs, Langois/Hay upset Dube/Davison, who messed up their chances with a horrible SP. Rochette wins ladies again, with Leung, Hawker, and Phaneuf trailing. Jessica Dube placed 6th - I can't believe she's still skating both disciplines! Her coach should tell her to just stick with pairs because that's her ticket to skating at Worlds and getting international medals. Obviously Virtue/Moir won too.
