Murray beating Del Potro 2 & 4 is a little surprising and somewhat impressive.

I thought I'd get that in quickly because he's down a break in the third to a Slovak.

Eurosport commentators are already having fun. First mocking Schett who said in the preview that the combined age of Mary and Elena is 79 Then speculating wheter the umpire dears to give a time violation to Pierce and counting seconds between points on her serve. Rumour has it, that in some matches she need a mere 40 seconds to prepare to serve

PARIS (CP) - Daniel Nestor and Mark Knowles are out of the French Open after the top-seeded pair retired in the second set of Thursday's doubles semifinal against Americans Bob and Mike Bryan due an apparent wrist injury to Nestor.
The Toronto left-hander received medical treatment on what appeared to be his left wrist early in the second set but was obviously struggling with the injury, double-faulting on break point to give the Bryans a 3-2 lead in the second set before calling it quits.

It's so sad. Nestor had his wrist taped at 2-1. When Dan served at 2-2 and up 40-0, Mark called the return out but Nestor hit the volley and re-injuried his wrist, lost the remaining points.
