I think Bjorkman might believe that "5-set match" means it HAS to go five sets ~

Myskina, the champion in 2004, was the day's curiosity. What was she doing here? Myskina hadn't played in months, and said, "I moved like a big cow."
The little woman has a big toe problem. "The left one," she said. "I had surgery in January. They did a lot of things I can't describe. I love tennis, so I wanted to try. The doctors said I should try."
Easy for them. "It still hurts," she said. "It's swollen. Feet are pretty important for tennis. I don't know if I'll be back. But I enjoyed my time off in Moscow. I was on TV. A soccer show. I don't know anything about soccer, but it worked." She knows enough not to kick a ball with her left foot.

I don't think so. They seem to be able to switch matches at will. Navratilova is a knowledgeable commentator (duh) but talks too much. It's always about tennis, but it does veer away from the match at hand. Yesterday she did a riff on the idea of players not being allowed to catch a bad toss; they'd have to serve somehow. eww yes, because everyone having a ridiculously good serve is the main problem with the wta The aussie commentators are great! no endless repetition of PR bullshit about the great exodus of the Sharapovs from Sochi, Hatu's inseam length, uncle Tony & friends or how let cords and advantages are ruining the game etc. They do use the word 'measured' a bit recklessly but otherwise they know their place. i.e. describe what's happening, only talk between points and not 'use this as a soapbox for idiotic insinuations about who hates whom and who said what during the changeover'

I don't know if TTC uses the same feed (France2) as what we're getting up here. But it's a great combination of aussie commentators who actually stick to the tennis and a feed that they can't control so we don't get an overload of Hewitt/Stosur matches I don't think so. They seem to be able to switch matches at will. Navratilova is a knowledgeable commentator (duh) but talks too much. It's always about tennis, but it does veer away from the match at hand. Yesterday she did a riff on the idea of players not being allowed to catch a bad toss; they'd have to serve somehow. eww Definitely, Martina can go on at times. During Justine's match, she went on for an entire game on how she hates feeling cold. It was then I finally realized how old Martina is.

I'd happily trade all that overly-familiar baloney for a few too many "measured"s. Yes we did get the "Rafa & family bio" movie, and I guess we'll get it every time he plays. Even though we've seen the same thing for years already.

Definitely, Martina can go on at times. During Justine's match, she went on for an entire game on how she hates feeling cold. It was then I finally realized how old Martina is. Well I'm old, too, and I like the cold. I could go on for a whole game about how I hate feeling hot, though.

If you look at their outfits, it looks like Amelie has to win. She's dressed like an athlete, and Nat looks like she's wearing her summer nightie. So I'm sure Am will prevail!
