6-2 *2-1 to Kudryavtseva. Now we'll see what she's made of.
I've never seen Alla play. How's her game?

I didn't know the Euros were sensible about the Williams gals. Good for them.
3-2 Ivo.

6-2 *2-1 to Kudryavtseva. Now we'll see what she's made of. I've never seen Alla play. How's her game? She's been impressive so far. She hits very hard and has a nice serve. Plus, it looks like she has the potential to go crazy like Bepa.

4 lets on Alla's first serve in a row! Ultimately ended in a nice serve/FH one-two though.
Kudryavtseva was v unimpressive against Sharapova at RG but appears a lot more resourceful here, very solid and can handle Venus's serve and groundstrokes with ease.

Anyway, Venus has begun to realise where the lines on the court are, and to play accordingly, and Kudryavtseva is getting nervous. So.

Wayne Arthurs won. From 2 sets down! 4-3 Ivo. No stats for this match, though. Yeah, so Court 25 in Bumfuck, England has stats, but not fucking Wimbledon. Ok.

There's no interest in the Karlovic-Cute Little Gnome That Everyone Loves match. Oh well. 5-4 Ivo. Gnome is winning more points so far, though.

Alla's falling to pieces -- a Russian choking, what a surprise!

it'd be nice if they referred to her as something other than THE RUSSIAN once in a while, like you know perhaps by her name

Yeah, that's why we don't pay attention to awful Willies' early round matches until they're finished.

6-2 *2-1 to Kudryavtseva. Now we'll see what she's made of. Since she's lost 5 games straight, I think we can conclude she's made of goo.

Hmm, Kutuzova got thumped by POUTCHEK, which...tells you everything you need to know about Kutuzova.
Peng out to Sromova, what a waste. The CTA wants to screw up as many careers as possible. Well done!
Good win for slumping Gajdosova over resurgent Shaughnessy!

How are Meusburger and Poutchek ranked high enough to be anywhere near Wimbledon. Well now with SIXTY more points in their pockets, they'll be roaming the grounds next year too.

Kiefer sucking now. Yay. I'd prefer Volandri, and his worst serve on tour, in Round 2.
