Thurs, Fri and Sat. Yay!
I've packed way too much stuff, but can't really find anything to match with my new orange golf style shorts. Perhaps I should take them out.
If I can be bothered or actually remember who I watched or whatever, I'll try updating daily. If there's no time (likely) at end of the week. Pics will definitely be uploaded!
Wish me lots of fun.

I secretly like to think he fucked Marat one night wasted at some dodgy Russian party.
Blah @ the lack of openly gay players.
Hmmm. Why has everything ended up about sex this grass season?

So I guess I should start my reports or I'll forget about everything in a couple of days. Day One: Thurs. We arrived in the queue at around 9am after an hour on the stuffy tube. As we crossed the road outside the station, along came the freebies! This year they were giving away free Evian bottles that were retailing at £2 inside the grounds. Naturally, I packed my bag full of them so ended up with about 5. We also had some apples off some local church, energy drinks, cereal bars, a Grazia magazine, some suncream and a lovely Guardian mac to sit on. Anyway, we got in around 11:45 and started queueing in the tunnel of C3 during Kiefer's match against Martin Vassallo Arguello, to get good seats for Davenport's second round match against Dulko. The wait was hard, especially because there was about 23948023984 other matches going on I wanted to see. Some hot South Americans in tank tops relieved some of the boredom/frustration. We got in around 12:40 to see Kiefer polishing off his opponent with relative ease - not too much to say about this one really, only that Kiefer's antics are annoying. He is also hung like a horse. After both players walked off, the umpire had a phone call and shortly announced to the crowd that Leach had been forced to withdraw and the next match (Blake Schuettler) would be on in like an hour. Time to leave. After some pizza, Pimm's and strawberries, we wondered around and sat down to watch a set of Peng v Bammer. Shuai is cute on court in just about everything she does, from arguing calls politely to jogging to the chair after a good game. Bammer is really, really dull; no emotion, fist pumping, quirky service routines or whatever to interest anyone. The first set went to a breaker after Peng lead 5-3 in games. Her game is obviously very high risk and I was surprised at how few errors she was making considering the margin of error her shots have - every one pretty much skims the net! After some enjoyable rallies, the set went to Peng. I got hungry again so, we went to grab some more food (+ Pimm's obv), and sat to watch Penis against Anne on the big screen. The best part was when Anne smacked Penis in the face, to the amusement of everyone watching. Anyway, as we sat, stuffing our faces, a women with a young girl was milling around by the bottom of the big screen... it didn't really click straight away but I looked back and studied her a little closer - the short, blonde crop with huge fringe and big sunglasses, VIP pass around neck, could only mean one thing: it was Anna Wintour! I contemplated harassing her for a pic but figured she'd just blank me, or spray me with some kind of repellent. Caught a little bit of Peer winning the first set against Loit on court 6. Peer was very fiesty as always and got pissed at herself like everytime she lost a point. In a cute way. Her backhand looked great and she's in awesome shape. I think the last time I saw her play was against Silliams in the AO QF...'07?! Some weird guy kept pointing his camera in our direction and taking pictures for some reason. Anyway: We split up and I went over to C2 with my friend to see the end of Dinara's match. Nothing to report there. JJ's match was next up - and was over pretty quickly. Suarez Navarro's game is indeed very funny for a double-barrel surnamed Spaniard, however, JJ was totally awesome and just overpowered her in every department. It's such a shame she got injured during her next match because I thought she looked incredible; a definite fave the the tourney at that point. Oh and there was a totally hot ball boy down our end. Pics of him to come later! JJ's Mum left the court and chatted to loads of random fans for ages. I would have gone down but we were waiting for the match both of us really wanted to see: The Wuss against Grosjean. It was made pretty clear who was going to win after the first set - Seb was totally outplayed from the very beginning. Wuss dazzled the crowd with a flurry of backhand winners. I took as many pics of his ass as possible. Two ignorant guys who had, like, never watched a tennis match before were arguing about the All England's scheduling - one of them didn't understand why they didn't start at 10 and finish at 6, the other said it was because people had to go to work.... huh? I butted in and called Wimbledon stupid for doing this. Oh and Cedric Pioline was watching from the LTA building. He looked in good shape. After a set, we went to watch some more Frenchies on C18! PHM against Chardy: it was getting cold now and I was probably a little too drunk to pay attention to this one, but it was pretty uneventful anyway. PHM won the second like 7-5 and we left shortly after and got some dinner at our usual Italian restaurant outside Southfields tube stop. So that was day one. I'll try and get day two done tomorrow if I get more time. We got to see: The Chak against Rodina Amelie Silliams on Centre and the best match I've ever seen live (minus the '05 women's final here) - Ancic against Fit Dave, in the dark!

But it's always been lukewarm when I've tried it in the past. Am too tired to write anything else today.
