One has to question the logistics of there being 2 less days of Wimbledon than the French Open. Considering the weather and court circumstances.

I wonder if Demented can piss me off more than Leach's wonderful prior performances in this situation.

Add oil Zheng Jie. Udachi Elena Vyacheslavovna. I second the motion! ;D I think Elena Dementieva needs to do against Venus Williams exactly what Marat Safin needs to do against Roger Federer and that's to play tough tennis and make it close enough for their opponents who have been on cruise control thus far to get edgy and tight in a close match to give Demenetiva and Safin real chances for the major upsets.

No.
And Demented really shouldn't be considered an upset. Scary as it seems, she's getting into the discussion for #1 at some point this year.

Yes, if anyone gets edgy and tight if the match gets close, it will surely be Villiams.

I fully blame Justine for this whole debacle. Because with her not retiring, it couldn't have gotten any worse than this.

Justine retiring may have killed womens tennis for eons. EONS. Okay, two years. Still. Death.

Is Clement retarded or what? From 0-6 to 6 all in the tie-break, then DF Clement, Ace Schüttel.

Jie is our only hope. If it's all Sistahz, I'm rooting for Pee. What about the rest of you? Serena, because she's better and should be ranked higher, if only to have everyone STFU about her low seedings. I don't really mind any of the top girls, but I don't really care if they are or aren't #1 either. This is the end...my only friend, the eeeeeeeeeend

Schüttel is too unstable emotionally. Clement will win.
But who cares? There's only one match of interest left here anyway.

Jie blows 0-30 and then 30-0 in the next game to go down 1-4.
Die, despite the hot bod.
