I just wanted to say that Laura Robson is quite good, and not annoying good looking or horrendously ugly, and doesn't do mopey style fist pumping, so its going to be difficult to find a reason to dislike her.
Also its a nice day so I'm going out to buy ice cream.

They don't even show the final on TV here. It's a disgrace.

That tie-break from Safin was just as bad as Demented's.

It's too painful to watch. Rainer returns of serve are embarrassing.

Schuettler's is bigger, but Nadal's rounder. A bit for everyone's liking!

Eeew German non-Kiefer ass = puke. Hurley fails again. K, this is going to be the biggest final like ever. The similarities between this and the 1980/1981 Wimby era with Borg and J-Mac are uncanny.

I think this match will be great, too. I can't wait to see it, especially since I missed almost all of Wimbledon this year.
Of course, I thought that about the RG final. I hope I won't be THAT wrong again.

That tie-break from Safin was just as bad as Demented's. I thought the same thing. Well Marat Safin and Elena Dementieva are from the same tennis school after all. And that's The Spartak Club. Anna Kournikova is from there too. Safin unlike Dementieva played a quality match in the 2008 Wimbledon semi's but Federer was too good as usual. But Marat was horrible in the second set tiebreak and that was a shame because he came to play and played well.

It may a close match like last year, but I can't take watching Rafa hit 123423423 loopy balls to Roger's BH for the 20th time. And watch Roger have no consistent plan to stop it.

You're in the minority if you can't take it. The 2008 Wimbledon gentlemen's singles final really is the match of the century even though this century is only 8 years old.

Also its a nice day so I'm going out to buy ice cream. I saw a few highlights of Laura Robson's junior seminfinal match today and she looks like a good lefthander. I hope England has a special young player in Robson. And I hope the British media lets her be and become as a good a player and she can. How was the ice cream Willow?

Why is this time the match of the century. Mindlessly optimistic me thought they'd finally shut up about "The Rivalry" after the Chatrier Massacre, but the predictable outcome of this one will be the "Rivalry" theme being replaced by "The Changing of the Guard".
