Hey, USians, your boy has no chance of winning.

Roddick gets another night match over Federer and Djokovic. Hey, USians, your boy has no chance of winning. So they might as well display him in the evening while they still can, right? That said, is Roddick really that much more of a money maker than Federer?

The night sessions have been horrible so far. The only decent match was Blake vs. Young and even that one lacked real drama.
Come on Gulb.

Yeah. The matchup against Gulbis is far better than the scrubs Roger and Nole are playing.
I've grown tired of Roddick being treated as a huge star along with the real top players, and not just in the US. And there's no real reason for it either.

JJ has a tough match today - even if she loses, though, it's Zheng, so it's acceptable.
Cheering for Lindsay tonight.

Roddick is a has been but hey, he's still the top American and he's a former champion, so it's normal he gets night sessions.
Do people pay just to see Roddick? I doubt it. People pay to go to the US Open. That's how it generally is for Grand Slams.

I don't know. Wimbledon doesn't have night sessions. I wouldn't pay to see S. Williams vs. Vesnina and Nadal vs. Rylerde Heart, that's for sure.

Not every night session, though. I can't recall the last time he had a non-CBS day match. But, even at the other slams he's always on the main 2 courts, at least. Hrmph.

So much stupidity on Arthur Ashe.
Jie, because she keeps wasting break-points with horrible errors. Jelena, because this style of play ensures that she will never be non-tired again the rest of her career.

It will be Demented, as predicted by moi at the beginning of the tournament. Against Rena.

I think I could cope with that. I enjoy cheering Wenus Villiams against Leach. And I would console myself at every minute that it could be worse, ie Silliams. Also: when I left work, Haas was absolutely hammering Muller. I eventually wend my way home, and...lolz. 6-2, 6-2, 6-7, 3-6, 3-6

I was kidding about Linds reaching the final. I didn't think she looked too great against Kleybanova. She wasn't exactly setting any speed records running around out there. I love her, though, and I wish she could somehow pull a Coin and magically win this. And the doubles, too; why not?
