No I'm not posting them but I hope someone will. Haven't looked at the women's yet but on the men's side there are many, many enticing early matches! Wish it started today.

Djokovic in Federer's half of the draw. Good.
Verdasco in Nadal's quarter.

Nadal has a fairly tough opening round draw, as these things go: Hewitt 3R, Ferrer 4R, Verdasco QF. Could have been much easier.
But, yes, he dodged the Novak bullet.

I doubt that Hewitt will be a problem. Ferrer won't beat him, but if he's having a good day he could keep Nadal on court for a while. Verdasco was just a bad draw for everybody. Boo.

Yeah, the close AO match...but lest we forget, Nadal has beaten Verdasco twice since then, both matches on clay, without dropping a set. And has a 9-0 H2H lead! If that's the worst draw he could get...
The Williamses have tough, tough draws. Venus gets Lisicki or Safarova in 2R, then Szavay or Vesnina in 3R. If she gets past them, Mauresmo/Cibulkova in 4R will probably be easier. Silliams, meanwhile, opens against Zakopalova! And we all know what ensued last time that happened! If she makes the QF, Sweta will have a chance to atone for her hideous AO performance.
As predicted by Joana, it seems like the stage is set for a Safina/Sweta final.
Not sure how much analysis of the women's draw to do - surely Bepa will withdraw? And then seeds will be shuffled, I guess...

The men's draw is about as good as possible. Can't wait to watch them.

I like the draw. I'm looking for Tsonga to step up. Sure I'll probably be disappointed but hey, I'm trying everything to get RF to the final again, and the very unlikely win there
