Brinyi, does the live score board work for you?

"It works for me." -- Not Brinyi And people are saying you have to turn your pop-up blocker off, but it's working just fine for me and my P-UB is still on. Meanwhile, if Strycova plans on losing to Sekulovski she may as well just find a new career.

And this one is the window open up, seems trying to load something but then only have an empty screen. grrrrrrr

I have to say, the AO site blows. Not only are they not updating scores in the draws or the OOP, but even the home page takes up all of my computer's memory, slowing every other application to a halt. If I still had my old comp, I would never be able to use the site, which would have caused me to go on a killing spree. So thank the Lord I had $200 extra last summer.

No, the site still blows for me. I restart my computer and bring up live score and it said my computer does not meet it's minimum requirement. BUT it's not the case. I have I/E 6.0 and Flash player so I have absolutely no idea why it's not working for me. GRRRRRRRR!

I don't know...is it Java? They mention Java a couple times. There is an html scoreboard at www.australianopen.com/en_AU/scores/index2.htmlLooks like they haven't eliminated that, which is a good thing. I'll probably use that one myself during MD. Though you'll have to manually refresh.

From wtaworld: in-person AO report from "Sunny Boy": OZ open qualies report The first match DomenicDemaria (fellow poster) and I saw was Ashley Harkleroad and Aravane Rezai. Ashley was too consistent in every aspect of the match. Aravane’s serve let her down and so did her forehand. Her backhand is very good but Ash just played smart tennis. The next match we saw was Uberoi and Nagyova. We started watching from 3 all in the 2nd. It was a great match with lots of winners and great rallies. Shikha had match points at 5-4 but failed to take them. She then received a code violation in that same game, I think for time wasting. [ ] Neha Uberoi was cheering very loud for her sister and Shaughnessy was also watching. When I asked for Shikha’s autograph after the match, she was very friendly and thanked me for watching the match. Then we saw Su-Wei Hseish and Suchahan V (don’t know how to spell her name). Both don’t have great serves but their groundstokes were very solid, especially Su-Wei. We also saw a set of Lepchenko and the girl she played (I’d never heard of her). It was a very good match. Both players hit the ball so hard and deep. It was great tennis to watch. Finally we saw Tamarine and Abigail Spears. Tamarine was too consistent for Abigail. Abigail missed many shots that players of her standard shouldn’t miss. Also saw Sofia Ardvisson walking around Melb Park

What, you neglect to mention that Vania lost (badly) to the resurgent Ashley harkleroad? Reminds me of that guy on Sid's board who hated Ashley so much. I can't even remember his name now; he's a Chicago Bulls fan.
