Oh, it looks like I won't be going for various reasons, inc all the matches being on televised courts. Should really have made sure to go for the first couple of rounds! Epic organisation fail this week. Maybe I'll wander down in the second week for the juniors, or something.

I am going to make damn sure that I'm in a position to get press accreditation next year, actually. I've never minded the Wimbledon queue but I think I'm a bit over it now.

Yeah...also, didn't get anyone to queue with me this year. Can't believe I'm missing a Slam in this beautiful weather but I don't think I'd've wanted to do it alone - I've enjoyed that before but again, over it.

Press passes are great. Yi Brin and I had the times of our lives before that website died. I had one back in 2006 and didn't like it all that much. I felt compelled to attend a bunch of boring pressers instead of watching the matches. Haven't tried to get one since - even this year, in which I ended up paying something like 240€ in tickets. The meal tickets were useful though.

Updates: - Dementieva cruising so far, a set to the good at 6-1 and up a break in the second. - Prak/PAK are up two sets to love. A straight sets win, please! - Chatty went down 4-0 quickly but has recovered one of the breaks. Still down 2-4, and threatening to break again at 30-30! - Dani leads Ai 6-4, 5-2. One game away from R16. Who honestly saw this coming? I thought she'd definitely lose to Zheng, if not Robson! - The Dork is up two sets to love. Why won't he lose already?! Ugh.
