I guess this sets back the inevitable JCF retirement another year. Or rather, it will. The match is not entirely over, but will be soon.

Wawrinka-Ferrero for a place in the SF would be fuckin' AMAZING.

Was it really necessary of me to refer to a retirement as inevitable? As if there are scores of players who don't retire? Redundant. I'm a retard tonight. I'm going to go take my vitamins.

Does anybody remember Sliders? It was awesome in 1995 and I'm downloading it right now! Sigh.

I'm really not minding all this MURRAY MANIA, here in the UK, if I'm honest. I guess it's because unlike Tiger Timothy, Muzza is actually good and a legit contender for the title. Sure, he's not going to beat Rog, should he get to the final... but most of the hype is justified. And most of us probably don't like him that much - he'll never replace our beloved Tim.
Amazing point!

Might as well hand both the singles and the doubles titles to the Williams family...they DOUBLE BAGELLED 2006 champs Yan/Zheng.

The Muzza love isn't that bad. I presume it's just because he's Scottish.
I really hated the Timbledon shit where the crowd was filled with dumbasses that didn't know the slightest thing about tennis, and the camera would pan to an ugly Brit with a giant dumb grin on their face with EVERY SINGLE POINT TIM WOULD WIN... GRAAR. England must never produce another good tennis player, or Wimbledon must be burnt.

This match is great. The constant cutting to those fistpumping idiots in straw hats and Union Jacks in the crowd is not great.

Apparently "the story of the day" on the ladies' side is Oudin? Even though she lost on this day?
Maybe you mean some other day in the past, Suzy Kolber. Maybe you do.
Go back to getting groped by Namath please.

Ummmmm...deja vu, at least on my TV... Yeah. It didn't seem as bad before today. I guess they need the fear of losing. Wimbledon updates: 20:09: Stan holds despite being 15-30 down, Andyslas the Manislas holds to love. Rod and Berd are 2-2. 19:58: Stanislas holds via a big serve, but Andislas carves out another one on the back of some slicing and dicing in the backhand. Wimbledon must hire bums off the street for minimum wage.

Pointless note:
I've seen the commercial with Federer telling me that Netjets is the only way to travel when in need of a private jet. Ignoring how snobby it makes Roger look... really, how many people watching Wimbledon from America during the day are in the need of a private jet and will be influenced by these commercials.
