Kvitova holds 4-2
And she's "allez'ing-comeon'ing" after almost every point. What is that sound that she makes?

Another break-point for Serena, Kvitova overhitting her forehand now

Well, she's completely lost her range now. Once Serena returns her serve, it's over. It's supposed to be the other way around.

So glad I'm TiVoing this. As I was walking out the door, Shriver did her patented eye-roll when asked about Kvitty's chances. I mean, I still expect Serena to win, but come on, everyone knows Kvitty can hit with anyone.

Who keeps yelping? Serena out of desperation or is it Kvitova's jubilation?

Kvitova kinda found her range again. Tie-break.
Aaaand she lost it again.

Who keeps yelping? Serena out of desperation or is it Kvitova's jubilation? Sounds kinda like a bark? I think it's Kvitova's version of C'mon. Serena is up 3-0 with 2 mini-breaks

Is it on NBC later today? Boo. That's fine, I'd rather see Bepa.

If someone came to me and said "Hey, Edna K, if you don't guess correctly what Serena's going to do at *6-5 in the TB, off goes your head", I could have responded without a slightest trace of fear for my life.
Bleh. But still, it was better than we could have hoped for, I guess.

Yes, NBC ruins all SFs every year, remember.

Ha, just about my first chance to watch on tv and of course it isn't on. I did remember that NBC refuses to air the men's SFs live, but had forgotten they do the same for the women. All in the name of equality, no doubt!
Of course I wouldn't watch a Ms. Agony Grimace match anyway, unless somehow I could be 99.99% sure she would lose. The grimace of losing, that's the only one I want to see.

Thank god, Petzsche served it out in style. Good fight from the tall guys.

Of course I wouldn't watch a Ms. Agony Grimace match anyway, The whole match I was searching for words to describe Serena's annoying dramatics, and you summed it up perfectly, thanks!

Yeah, I fear we're going to see a straightforward 6-3 6-3 match without any antics or ~drama~. But it's probably still better than Sistah Act #21787742.

And Bepa gets her Slam final! Wimbledon finalist is a great thing to have on her CV.

I don't want Crazy Vera, I want Solid Towelhead Vera. Even if she still loses 2 & 2.

I don't want Crazy Vera, I want Solid Towelhead Vera. Even if she still loses 2 & 2. Yes. Not so crazy about the 2 & 2 part, but it's inevitable anyway, so at least don't have a meltdown. I predict 60 62, or 60 63 if Bepa recovers a tiny bit from her fright.
