I think I might enjoy watching Azza's game less than Wozniacki's, even not taking into account the noises. It's just as tediously grinding but without even the momentary comedy that the Woz FH provides. Such a dull, dislikeable player.

Oh, and she's killing Li. Winning this match almost entirely with her defence.

Kvitova d Wozniacki 6-4, 6-2. Woz had the doctor out because she was feeling dizzy or something.

You know how "NID" is way overused? That was NID from the minute Kvitova won the first game. Even though she was super-sloppy! Score could've been even more decisive.

Unbelievably, Kvitova might actually be the one to finally wrest this #1 ranking away. Now she's going to go on a 12-match losing streak and get decapitated.

Yeah, it never felt like Kvitova was going to lose despite not having to produce anywhere near her best.
Bepa leads 4-1. Hope she can keep this up. Radwanska is useless and needs to be gone.

Bepa cruising to a 6-1 set. Radwanska's FH is non-existant and they're saying the shoulder is troubling her.

She served for it at 5-3, right? I was working.

Or was that 3.
But Radwanska takes it and strangely enough, I don't abhor her anymore, so I'm fine with this result. There were some fun points in this match.

Well, at least now I can be totally sure that those early hiccups in your career weren't because of a lack of experience or confidence. You just never had the mental fortitude to begin with.

Oh my God, you guys. That third set ... poor Vera. She ... hit about 10 winners on those three matchpoints and they kept ... coming ... back ...
A-Rad was making Woz look like Davenport. I don't understand how she has that much control on her shots. Vera was hammering the ball and every lob Rad was throwing up was landing in ... she would not miss when it mattered.
All that said, Vera mentally checked out when it reached 5-5. For all her earlier talk of matches not being over until the handshake, it was done when A-Rad tied it. Still, great match. Crowd was really into it too.
