Well I think Lisicki dodged a bullet in the end then.

Has anyone seen that IBM insight thingy they just showed on ESPN? Kerber "winning over 53% of the 3 to 8-shot rallies" is supposed to be the threshold for something to happen (win?). I think they're trying too hard to come up with something new and clever. During the brief moment I watched Serena vs Petra today, ESPN had "Inside a point" segment which basically showed that Serena can serve aces both down the T and out wide!!

And it's funny how often end up being wrong to the result of the match.

Um ...
I don't know how Lisicki lost that.
After Kerber somehow lost it, that is.
I think I have PTSD from watching that shit.
Well, it might as well end with Paszek upsetting Azarenka and then we can give Serena the damn trophy.

Okey, from what I'm reading these new German twin sisters Kerber & Lisicki don't really like each other much! That's awesome! They can continue the fine tradition laid out by Belgian & Serbian sisters!

The frosty handshake spoke volumes.
That was insane - and I only saw the third set!

They can continue the fine tradition laid out by Belgian & Serbian sisters! I guess that's some solace, anyway! I wonder if it was a coincidence that they did their hair, hairband alike today, or if one of them creepily copied the other, à la "Single White Female". I was so disappointed in all the chokiness out there today. I think I expected more from these unflappable Germans!

This Aga match is awful now. And she's going to lose.

Kirilenko hasn't won a point since I began watching again. Ugh.

A-Rad and Kirilenko suspended for the day at 4-4 in the third set. Paszek and Azarenka on CC now...

Is it raining? I came back in time to see another failed attempt of being good at tennis from Radwanska and none of the streams work. I need a good laugh. Damn.

Getting this close to losing against Kirilenko is hilarious enough, though. My prediction of Radwanska not winninng a slam in her life is still firm.

Why does she attract so many creepers? Some players just have that je ne sais quoi. Although no one will ever top Demented in that department.

No comments on Raszek/Azza match? I'm not following, so was hoping to catch up in this thread.

Well! It was kind of going exactly how we all expected and I was only half-watching. Was pretty impressed at how Tamira was keeping it close in the second but she was making no impression on Vika's serve and when she was broken at love at 4-4 it was NID. THEN VIKA COMPLETELY SCREWED UP SERVING FOR THE MATCH

I'm going to sleep. Hope Tits wins and Vika has a meltdown. We could use the drama.

Wow, that was a shock announcement! Maybe I'll watch that.
That was a fun match, great shotmaking, too much SEWTA but that didn't ruin it for me. Wish Tamira could just build from here instead of going AWOL again as usual.
