Bizarre Fed decision to run around the FH and then tap it harmlessly into the middle of the court on BP

Blue clay, indoor grass...we see who wins on these "surfaces," don't we? #savetheSlams

The level of tennis always improves when the roof is closed
If Murray somehow comes through this game, wow, because Fed is in God mode for real

Not quite God mode the way he's played these BPs.

I've got the McEnroe brothers now! So much better, and not rooting for one player like the BBC guys.

Not gonna come back from this, especially at indoor carpet Slam.

I again realized that this board doesn't help you to know the score if you're watching the match already Since the summer finally showed up we went to the beach and then I checked the board and had no idea what's going on. I see Federer is winning At least Andy finally won a set!

Not gonna come back from this, especially at indoor carpet Slam. Oh, they closed the roof? Why? Surely not because it's raining, cause that was never a reason before.

Since the summer finally showed up Can't you take it and send us rain, fog, snowstorms or whatever you were having instead? I'm slowly but surely melting away and simply looking at someone doing a physical activity hurts.

How hot is it in Cpooja???
Since the murder storm here it's been 100+ F every day. Something is supposed to push through tomorrow to bring us back down to normal-ish temps.

I think that was Roger's best set of the tournament. Man, there were some great points in that set.

The 30-30 point of the game Fed served for the set summed up Murray for me: super shots with great defence and variety to get himself in a winning position...totally bottles the final shot he should have been able to pull the trigger and put away. A 1st serve later and Fed takes the set.

I'm slowly but surely melting away and simply looking at someone doing a physical activity hurts. I'd love too, and yes it was rain, and sometimes cold, and strong winds (trees are down!), the temperature was never higher then 20! Finally on Friday we had our first 25-30 degrees and it's been hot (and raining) since. The main thing it's warm and I can finally just wear a dress to work, with no kofta.

Oh, those USian measurements! Let's see - yeah, for the past two weeks it's been over 35 C*, which should be 95 F, and it looks to stay that way until Wednesday evening with showers and thunderstorms, but the temperature will only drop off by a few degrees. * except they measure it in some shadowy forest, so in an actual city with buildings, concrete, cars and such it's over 40 C / 104 F. We've always had a few such days each summer, but this is taking too long and is getting unbearable.

Fahrenheit is more fun because hitting 100 just sounds (correctly) like you're gonna die.
Wow! Is that typical? I kind of...want to go on vacation there now.

We haven't had such a temperature since 2002, and I remember that because it was this impossible weather that forced me to watch tennis, cause nothing else was on TV. Thus started my tennis obsession. Here it's still never THAT hot cause we have the sea right here, so if it's hot, it's usually with rain and wind.

Although, the irony is that it was the time I got the worst sunburns ever, because on the day it did hit 25, I stupidly didn't put any sunscreen on, because hey, it's not hot.

Fahrenheit > Celsius.
And it sucks to be in Hurleyland this summer, or any summer, or any time really.
