Murray needed this tb to avoid complete meltdown. Nole is mentally tougher - he'll shrug this off and fight back like he always does.

Okay, Murray's the one with better court position, and Nole's the one that's been allowing himself to get pushed way back. The question is WHY, WHY, WHY?
Anyway the tennis is enjoyable, even if the endless ball-bouncing on BOTH guys' part is not.

Okay, maybe more the drama/tension than some of the tennis has been enjoyable.

Nole seems really bugged by the wind. Bad for Muzza, it should subside as the night goes on.

There's fun rallies but not a lot of outright or outrageous winners - I suppose it's the occassion, the conditions are playing their part too.

I think Leena's right that the wind will die down, but will Nole already be outtahere by then? Meanwhiie, my goal of tolerance is not working: SHUT THE HELL UP, LUKE!!!

But why is Nole the one who's getting all bothered. Both had their patches in the first set, and the tiebreak Muzza finally stepped up to some extent and Nole dropped - but it was still very close and Nole was lucky to pull it out. And now Muzza is just baiting Nole into making errors and it's working. Until Nole wakes up and starts slamming winners everywhere.

Nole is making errors left and right. Andy doesn't need to do much besides rally and wait for Nole to oblige.

Muzza is going to back into a slam like this. Boo. Hey, he's never had a second-tier/Tier IVA Phillipoussis, Puerta or Tsonga in his Slam final like the other three. Also, it's not over. The Nole comeback is now beginning.

Oh shit, now Luke has to go on about the greatness that on-court coaching would be. How I hate him. How I hate this match! Andy Murray's turn to rise on the wheel of fortune:
