Eugenie is lucky she's in a really soft section of the draw. Azza has withdrawn and Kvitova is the equivalent of BAG at this point so really it could be anyone in the SF.

It's not that soft - Shvedova and Makarova are there and one of them should come through over both Shitra and the distinctly average Bouchard.

Insert "She's Back111" joke here. Gotta love how it only took about an hour from the BAG fanboys predicting a SF run following Azza's w/d to their hopes being cruelly and inevitably dashed.

Wozniacki falls over as well, calls trainer.
Commentator in the Woz match (is this Davenport?) saying our cold "spring" means the grass hasn't hardened enough (?) and is unusually slick.

WTF, Cilic w/d now? Five injury pull-outs and it's only 2pm. Are you serious?? Holy crap. Why can't the players I hate be the ones who slip & get hurt. #satanlady Don't worry, we are all thinking it. And what the hell, Ana? I actually like you but that is inexcusable!

Wozniacki falls over as well, calls trainer. You know Woz's doing it only because everyone else does! (I'm going to hell anyway, so whateva!)

CSN overcomes a 6-1 first set to advance over Lucic in three. I'm glad. Carla's having her best year ever, and it's great to see it continue. I've given up on Lucic. She was lucky to get through a round here, so she won't be losing all her r3 pts from last year.

Wozniacki falls over as well, calls trainer. You know Woz's doing it only because everyone else does! (I'm going to hell anyway, so whateva!) ha! Well, we'll all be there, forced to watch endless repeats of Hewitt's and Sharapova's triumphant moments. We'll be surrounded by TF teens enthusing endlessly about the greatest player of all time, Anna Kournikova, and raving in our ears about The Hand. Between matches we'll be fed on Sugarpova gummy thingies. Of course there's always the hope that God hates the same players we hate.

Cetkovska just casually hitting dropshot winners from behind the baseline out here. This is how you play an injured player - Koehler, look and learn.

Cetkovska really is playing well, so this match isn't as annoying as I expected it to be. It wouldn't be my choice to watch but it's the match ESPN has chosen to air.

TBH, it's hard not to imagine all sort of scenario now (Sarin falling against Krumm, both Martha and Screamo falling at the same time, etc). Not that I wish it, of course.

Well, Serena already had that bad injury in Australia. So I hope she won't fall here.
The wheels have really come off now for Woz. If they were ever on.

And then 2 DFs in a row. Coming through that game so calmly with the volley and the off FH winner, though! And then in the next game, Wozniacki's attempt at a FH putaway LMAO

I don't dislike Woz, so I feel bad for her. But I agree that she would have lost this match even if fit. Cetkovska stepped up, and that's something Woz can't do.

Tsonga is a ridiculous player. Serving to stay in the set, a DF then a WTF point where Gulbis was down and out then Tsonga pushes the volley back to him.

What the hell did Tsonga just do! He was up at the net, the whole court was open, and he dinked the ball right back to Gulbis way in the corner, who won the set 2 pts later! Talk about a brain cramp!
