By the by, CSN winning today means she has now reached at least the fourth round at all four majors. Not a negligible achievement for someone in her ranking range.

Who would have thought there would be 2 KK in the fourth round?
And I can't believe Cake could reach the final again.

Stephens match suspended for darkness while other courts play on? Kvitty's set ended at the same time, and they've commenced set 3. I don't get the way Wimbledon works.
Glad to see Cake got through.

Petra has died. 6-2 second set to Return of the Mak. I thought she might get a grip to start set 3, but no such luck. Too bad they didn't stop, too, the way Stephens got to after her 0-6 set.

Sloane easily has the most luck in slams this year. Easy draws. Opponents going to crap just for her. Weather on her side. Not that I'm complaining. I like her, even though she's not that good of a player.

America's Sweetheart Chrissie looks a lot different on camera now. All that facial surgery must have been painful. I didn't notice that. I have to confess that I don't mind Chris that much as a human, only as a tennis "analyst" and commentator. She'd probably be fun to have as a next-door neighbor. But it's true that she's also like Jolene in that Dolly Parton song, so I don't think I'd dare to run off to BCTT every summer and leave janiehub behind for her to make her moves on.

Ugh, Cetkovska was winning the first set before the rain. She should have won the match by now. Shitra won a set But lose swiftly to Makarova today. CAKE should be safe for the SF at least now she's navigated Giorgi. LOL @ pretty girl fanboys who thought Bouchard had a chance vs CSN.

She's not really one for collapsing though, is she. She's just been in bad form. But she pumps herself up at majors and just beat a girl who beat her a few weeks ago.
Cetkovska could be tough in the QF, CAKE trails 0-2 in the H2H.

That is true though. Even in her 2011 summer (RG SF, Eastbourne title & Wimby QF), she struggled in three-setters against LDL & Penetta before the straight-set win over Serena. Hope she can pump herself up and Mauresmo is a good guide for her!
