Some reminders of why we call her Lisucki happening right now. Yeah, but Serena has all the luck in the world. Must be disheartening.

They just randomly showed Townsend for a second and erm...the fitness seems to have gone in the wrong way again.

I switched off Serena-Sabine, those net cords broke me.
I'm watching Laura lose now. 6*-5 Kaia

Not sure why Ferrer won the last two sets 1 and 1 after the first two were so tough ...

Never seen Kanepi so pumped up, almost mad. Laura saved 2 match point, and then Ace / DF combo from Kaia.
4th match point saved.

As I said, random alternating between clutch and collapse. Took the 5th MP calmly. Overall, managed the match and situation pretty well. Into Kaia's fourth Slam QF - given her injury woes that's so impressive.

Suck BROKE.
And I want Pironkova to win so you people can keep arguing with Hurley, with Hurley still pretending that he's right of course.

The gap in shotmaking talent between Puig and Stephens is so huge and evident to anyone with eyes EXCEPT the US commentators.

The gap in shotmaking talent between Puig and Stephens is so huge and evident to anyone with eyes EXCEPT the US commentators. In Stephens' previous match one of the commentators (not even sure if it was America one) said that Stephens forehand is one of the most lethal on tour right now. I was sitting all confused, like did I miss something? And to be fair I could have since I watch so little WTA, but really?

Serena and Lisicki trade breaks again as Serena dives for a volley and hits the turf. Lisicki serving at 3-4 in the third. #wimbledon
Well I'm sorry that I missed THAT. I will be waiting for the gifs.
Puig overhitting and making errors.

Beyond The Baseline @si_BTBaseline 11s Serena gets 0-40 on Lisicki's serve but the German gets out of it to hold 4-4. Turn on you TVs, people. #wimbledon I obviously won't turn it on, but I'm shocked. Where did my Pironkova's stream go? She's leading 3-0 tho
