This is nuts. I don't want this to happen! What if Ma$ha wins another RG; I can't take it!

I don't think this one is going to end the usual way ... everyone saw what Mlad did ...

Patrick better run out of town right now. Serena is not going to be any fun to be around for some time!

Hahahaha, I finally start rooting for Serena and she goes walkabout. Well, it doesn't HAVE to be Ma$ha, it could be a fun ending like Cake Wimbledon.

If Masha also crashes out, it'll be perfect. New blood!

What a moment for Townsend. Playing in front of a raucous crowd, stayed cool and served it out. She's got some nice shots.

I know! That was incredible. Such composure for a kid the first time in a situation like that. Soooo happy she served it out then and there. That will stay in her memory banks and serve her well for a long time.

She's the best USTA prospect since what, Lindsay/Chanda? She really is the complete package.

Madison Keys?
20 years ago, Stefanie lost 2 and 2. Interesting coincidence. Maybe Serena will win in 2019.

LOL Of course, I am old and I have been known to declare that certain juniors should retire, so I shouldn't laugh. Just wondering what happened to Aga today? And how did Stosur suddenly remember her Once Proudness?

The crowd was too horrified by Raonic's attempt to speak French to boo him.

THIS is where the RG thread is hidden. I'd been looking but couldn't find it anywhere! Thanks for the link, Lady!
We NEED a Cake Wimbledon type ending. Maybe JaJa winning a Slam at last? Or Halep winning her first? With BAG and Aga losing I realise now I have no vicious anti rooting interest. Unless I am forgetting someone. Ah yes, Sloane. Hope Halep disposes of her as she should.
Someone please make sure Masha loses. She can not tie Hingis for 5 Slams. That would be a travesty.

If people I like go far enough, I will take in the last weekend. Tomorrow I am supposed to go do things, and my work schedule makes it impossible to pay attention to this during the week

The women's side is so depressing, again. Why must fortune ever fall on Miss Sharapova?

So Gulbis played a consistent match and Sam returned to her erratic choking. Why couldn't those two things have been reversed?
