I hate this passive mode Federer is in. The same will probably happen in the final, should he make it there.

Justine won? Good! ALG is better than I thought, though. From the few points I saw.

Nice - Nalby had break-point, Davydenko put a drive-volley metres long but Nalby couldn't get out of the way and the point went to Davydenko. Anger ensued.

Did ESPN interview Justine? I've been in & out; I've seen Fed and Saint interviews.

"Groenefeld spent the changeovers reading a handwritten note. Television close-ups revealed the note contained advice such as 'pump fist before each point', but it failed to produce the desired results."

Kolya At least he competed well. And QF keeps his points high that he's still well in the Top 10 with not much to defend for a while!

Wow, they're showing Venus's match twice instead of showing Justine's. Nice.

Ancic not doing badly at all. The women's side has become boring. I'll root for Nicole, Kim, and Sveta. That's it. I can see how boring it will be with only cheering for 3 of the four remaining players.

Martina loses. Bring on Wimbledon. Where are the idiots who were rambling about her "good draw"? Though, the way she's sucking today, she could lose to anybody. She looks tired. lol, dude, she got a good draw. It was not an optimal draw, but it was good. You have to expect to play one of the best players in the QF when you are the 12th seed, ok? LOL, seeeeeeeriously. I cannot believe I'm having this fight again, but...she had 80-year-old Raymond on CLAY in the first round. One of two losers in the second round. A lame Golovin in the third round, who lost to Zheng, who ended up losing to LISJAK. LISJAK! That could have been someone actually good, like Ivanovic or Pennetta. And then, as the piece de resistance, the most horrible of the 5-8 seeds in 4R -- that could have been JUSTINE or SVETA, your champion and runner-up this year. Peer instead -- that actually made her cake draw TOUGHER. And yes, she ended up with the only 1-4 seed to make the QF, that is unfortunate. But the 12th seed isn't supposed to BE in the quarters. She has to get someone good sometime, and she got her one round past her seeded place. Please. This is ridiculous.

Plus, if Hingis can't take advantage of a crappy Clijsters, who is it to blame, her "apparently shitty" draw, or herself?

They're good?
Anyway, in women's draw terms, Martina did get a fairly easy draw. Shahar was playing Top 20 caliber tennis in the past month. That's the equivalent of a tough 3rd round match. There was a 50% chance she'd have Batty or Demented in her section. Martina likely beats both of them.

I am the only one here who wanted Clijsters to win? I wanted a match. Kim winning is fine by me, especially since she'll have the better shot at beating Justine. so all you wanted from the women's half is for Justine to lose, ? asshole
