I will try my very hardest to find pics of todays goal/celebration Ill only pick out bits, its a long article 21 April 2003 : by Mark Platt Late drama keeps CL dream alive Two late goals sensationally kept Liverpool's Champions League dream alive as the Reds came back from the brink of defeat to steal the points in a dramatic 2-1 victory over Charlton Athletic. Sami Hyypia and Steven Gerrard were our heroes, netting a goal apiece in the closing stages to cancel out Shaun Bartlett's opening goal just after half-time and clinch a priceless win. As expected, captain Sami Hyypia made an instant return to the starting line-up after sitting out the derby through suspension. The big Finn came back at the expense of Igor Biscan, while El Hadji Diouf was recalled in place of Milan Baros. Smicer and Cheyrou were thrown on in a last throw of the dice but it looked to all be in vain until returning skipper Hyypia got the final touch amid a mad goalmouth scamble to draw Liverpool level four minutes from time.

I was looking in a bookshop today and through pure luck guess what I found!! ;D I knew Sami had written a book or helped to write one but as far as I knew it was still only available in Finnish. But no its in English! ;D so I bought it for 15 pounds. Quite a lot of money I know! But I would pay anything just to read about him my favourite guy in footy! images-eu.amazon.com/images/P/1840186860.02.LZZZZZZZ.jpg[/img]

Euro 2004: Finland downs Serbia and Montenegro 3-0
Associated Press Jun. 7, 2003 7:57 p.m. HELSINKI, Finland (AP)— Sami Hyypia, Joonas Kolkka and Mikael Forssell scored a goal each Saturday as Finland struck a blow at the qualifying chances of Serbia and Montenegro, winning a 2004 European Championship Group 9 qualifier 3-0. The result left Serbia and Montenegro with five points from four games, behind Wales (12) and Italy (7), also from four games. Finland went past Serbia and Montenegro to six points, but has played five games, losing to Wales at home and Italy and Serbia-Montenegro away. Finland plays Italy at home Wednesday.
Playing before a crowd of 17,300, Finland dominated the game and took a comfortable win against a team down to 10 men for the last 65 minutes of regulation.
Hyypia, the Liverpool stopper, netted the first goal in the 19th minute. After a corner kick played short by Kolkka to Jari Litmanen, the Finnish star playmaker played into the goalmouth where Hyypia fired a low shot inside the far post.
In the 25th, Serbia-Montenegro central defender Sinisa Mihajlovic was red-carded by French referee Claude Colombo for tackling striker Forsell to the ground from behind when the play was interrupted.
A blunder by Serbia-Montenegro goalkeeper Dragoslav Jevric allowed Finland to take a 2-0 lead just before the interval, as he let a harmless center from Kolkka slip through his hands.
Forssell made it 3-0 in the 56th when he feinted Nemanja Vidic and shot low into the far corner from close in.
