Lily! We got Rogi/Volandri last night only 90 mns haven't watched it yet! Far too much to check on the web, plus catch up on video!! Watched the Rogi/Juanqui match and Felix/Yevy today. Tonight I have NO idea what they'll show? Yep, Felix is playing v well indeed and going to the net and he's v fit and running all over the place and getting to shots and not looking at all tired!! Rogerio -- be careful, Bello!

:)ILR! A quick break before I watch Felix/Yevy match -- just saw Rogi/Juanqui one... ROgi was bad and argued w the umpire about a strange double line call out right after a first weird late call that had both guys looking puzzled! They both looked tired... hope Rogi plays better vs. Felix tomorrow... Felix is on a tear and has beaten v good players this wk...Costa Ljubicic and Kafel! Pl ROGI, win it!! Then less pressure on him to defend Hamburg. Think Juanqui will have to take off several days for injury to heal. Glad you like the piccies! RF, you're turning into a European w all these matches you're seeing. I'm looking forward to our 1 hour final at 4am! How they're gonna fit a best of 5 match into 1 hour is beyond me tho.lol How tired did Rogi look? Be aware of the cat, Rogi! Its good Juanqui has w/d from Hamburg. More time to recover for RG. Yes Rogi, pls win tomorrow!

Well, Lily, Rogi did have a few circles under his eyes and was not quite as sharp and bouncy as normal. Neither of them looked that great. After seeing Felix so pumped and yelling "Vamos!" I started to think about Rogi and his fitness and fatigue. They even mentioned that he played dbles late the evening before so he must be tired. As long as our Rogibear gets enough sleep tonight! Also it was cloudy and threatening a little rain so I hope the weather holds out!! They showed Felix's match pt vs. Ivan and the crowd booed Ivan... don't know why though. Maybe cos he broke a racquet or sth! Another sleepless night ahead! I'm curious to know just what coverage we are getting here... all Brit and still ESPN but probably S Amer cos it says ESPN vivo!! Next week we get Hamburg Th Fr 1pm and Sa 1oam and Su 11am LIVE I guess! Interesting... also Mo 3am! I must em my TSN stn to thank them for coverage.

ILR, still here catching up a bit before returning to watch Felix -- have to scout him out! Spanish paper said the "Swiss chocolate is very 'hot' in Roma"!! That's our Rogi, of course! Rogione!! Italians call him "Rogerio" So he has a nickname everywhere -- term of endearment cos he's such a DEAR!! Yeah, poor Juanqui... he was told to rest so he can't play Hamburg but in two wks he s be ok for RG! Hope so! They showed PL a couple of times and with Frank too! PL's hair looked nice and loose w soft blondish wavy curls!! MMGirl w love it! oh, I LOVE that! "Swiss chocolate is very 'hot' in Roma"!! He's v hot everywhere. In the papers here, they like to call Rogi...Federer Express. so MMGirl likes PL...he is a cutie!

Makes me wonder how Juanqui was able to play so well 4 weeks in a row. Guga played 5 weeks in a row, summer of 2001, winning Stuttgart, semi's of LA, winning Cincy, getting to final of Indy before his body broke down. Sometimes these players need to sched a rest. They do need it! yeah, what coverae are you getting exactly? If its ESPN then why cant we get it too? Cause the stupid TC has the rights to it. The stupid TC that NO ONE is able to see right now! And to think we c have seen all of Rogi's matches. All matches really.

Federer is now a match away from claiming his fourth ATP title of the year and his second career Tennis Masters Series trophy. The Swiss, who won the title last week in Munich, also boasts a 36-6 match record for the season, the best on the circuit. With his victory Saturday, Federer also jumped a spot to third place in the ATP Champions Race, edging Rainer Schuettler. Federer: "I was disappointed with the way the match ended but now I feel good to be in a (Tennis) Masters Series final. I won in Hamburg last year and I really want to win this title too." "It's always something special, you know. It feels good to have won a few matches in a row. (Tennis) Masters Series are extremely tough, - six matches in seven days, you know. It takes a lot out of you." "I saw him having treatment, you know, last few days. I knew his shoulder wasn't good. I mean, you see him in the treatment room and all this but, you know, you never know how bad it really is. It can just be prevention or all this kind of stuff." "I think this is also in one way a good week, just to get to see how the other guys play. It was good for me, and especially this week, who I played and who I beat and how I beat them, for me to know that I can hang with them from the baseline no problem. So that was good mentally." source: http://www atptennis.com So he's #3 in CR now...Hopp to #2 Rogi and your 4th title of the year!!

ROGI already lost the 1st set 57! It's hot and sunny and it took about 45 mns. Wake up Rogi!! I knew this w be difficult -- they'll be out there for a long time... Spaniards love long matches, esp Felix and Alex... the longer the better for them. But Felix already has a huge advantage. HOPP, ROGI!

read this UNBELIVABLE! A call that initially gave Federer the game has been turned around by the chair umpire... DEUCE... Mantilla had hit a backhand barely an inch wide for sure... the umpire says "IN!" Federer shakes his head
