There are some intriguing Junior matches tomorrow, too. QFs, I believe.

Today they mentionned wheelchair results during the coverage!
All serbian final. Nikki beating Fed tomorrow. I guarantee all that.

Go Ana, Jelena, and Maria. Which means all of them will lose.

I'd rather see the wheelchair players tomorrow.
And Nikki will win. Mock me all you want.

One Bolletieri screamer out (in Juniors), one to go!

Wow, Ana looks strong at the start here.

Wow, Ana looks strong at the start here. She does indeed, Janie. I can see Sharapova losing this match.

lol, that dropshot from Maria was pathetic. This match isn't very engrossing. Both players play exactly the same - while you can't fault the strokes, it's a bit like watching Pong.

I can't really fault Ivanovic. She plays the same low percentage high risk shots no matter what the situation

It does have the fun of watching Maria double-faulting.

Maria has doublefaulted on the last point of her last two service games.

Maria has doublefaulted on the last point of her last two service games. And what's not to love about that! Maria today is playing like Serena on Wednesday.

times like this I'm shocked at how Patty could lose to her ping pong is a very good description

times like this I'm shocked at how Patty could lose to her [/IMG]
I know! It's hilarious watching Maria when she tries to run. And her brain has gone off the boil as well. Just like Serena, but nobody's saying so.

Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova (RUS)[1] bat Nikola Hofmanova (AUT)[8] 6-2 7-5

By all rights Ana should win this 6-2 6-0. Maria deserves that with the way she's played thus far ...

I agree. And she can't blame her shoulder for the way she's moving or thinking out there.

I was just thinking it's appalling that Patty lost to her ... Maria just has nothing happening on her serve, and if she isn't careful here, she'll lose in under an hour.

Maria's game is a friggin' eyesore and the only thing that elevates Ivanovic's is that right now she's hitting a few winners.

Well I'm enjoying watching Ana. I haven't seen her play too much before. Too bad Maria isn't making Ana show us all she's got, though. No one on tv has compared this effort from Maria to her meek AO final, either.
