It doesn't matter. They won't get much play in tomorrow.
I hope it starts raining at exactly 1pm.

It was freaking hot here in the morning - around 40 C or so. And now it's raining and the sky is nearly black. The weather these past few weeks has been so schizophrenic. Karachi would give Wimbledon a run for it's money. Damn you rain. I'm home today. No fucking work.

Well it's not supposed to rain all day, Ali. But 40C in the AM? Yecch.

Vee survives a breakpoint and holds for 1-0.
Momo wins the opening set 6-1.
Masha-Ai looks promising early on. Maria finally gets the break for 3-2.

Mauresmo/Fishin' Hat was underwhelming so I am watching the all-cavewoman Ivanovic v Rezai battle. Jesus, Rezai smacks the shit out of the ball. She's gorgeous, too. Pity about the FOUR DFs in her opening service game, including on both of her game points and the break point.

Ai-Maria is a great match so far. Winners galore. Great play. I'm very impressed with Maria's performance so far. I wonder how long she can keep this up.

I spoke too soon. Ai throws in a double fault on setpoint.
Ai - 6 winners, unforced errors. Maria - 18 winners, 8 errors.

I'll be disappointed if none of these eight matches go upset. I'll be disappointed if paperfolding well....folds. Which is exactly what is happening.

Penis was never going to lose this match.
I'm most disappointed by Paszek, so far. And Radwanska is going down more meekly than I expected as well.

What's up with Lena D's form? After winning just the one game against Bartoli, she hasn't dropped a set. I expected more from Tamira as well. And Radwanska's scoreline is shocking considering Sveta's form this week.
Penis down 1-3. I just wanted to type that before she won the set 6-3.

Venus. Why do people want to follow the lead of one cretinous poster and call her penis. Or are we all back in 3rd grade.
