“I’ve been just sick for three or four days,” Wozniacki Peng said, adding that she has had a fever. “So it’s tough for me to play. I was really tired. I was really sick so my body could not really handle that.”

Is Wuss going to manage to lose this now?

Vives is completely outplaying Pavly. The Russian can only pray for a rain delay or for a superb choke by vives.

Are Benesova and Halep subpar players for rounds 1 and 2 at a Slam? I was thinking they were actually pretty quality opposition for those stages. They're subpar players full stop. Iveta does nothing outside of MMs ever, and Halep is useless even by Generation Suck standards. This happens every time, people bandwagon on whichever player routs scrubs in her first couple of rounds without taking into account how bad the opposition is. Okay, but her first two rounds could have been Scheepers and Namigata, you know?

Wawrinka has recovered from dropping serve to open this fourth set, too. Maybe there is a chance at a huge comeback. Tsonga does NOT want this to go five.
Gasquet dropped serve to open the fourth but has recovered it. On serve with Bellucci.

Geez, big run of points to Wawrinka. A break and a hold to love there. This looks to be going five.

Yeah Sjengster2, this is a good one. Tsonga has gone completely off the boil though -- lost a dozen or so points in a row?

Wuss serves it out! Lies down on the ground in joy! After all he won a 3rd-round match! Let's us all lie down, too!

lol, Janie. Hey, this is the first time Wuss has reached round 4 at RG. Something to celebrate!
And let's face it, he won't be winning against Novak so ... getting it out of the system now seems to be the best plan.
Yes, Tsonga is folding like a house of cards now. Stan may have mentally broken him. Wawrinka will start with serve in the fifth which is not good for Tsonga. A strong hold to start puts him in a good position to snap the Tsonga serve again.

Oh, strategic bathroom break from Tsonga. Stan ran to the baseline just now. Tsonga is slowly loping there. It's amazing that this turned around. Stan looked done for the day when he lost serve in the third and busted his racket.

Woz speaks: “She played very, very well today, better than me for sure,” said Wozniacki, who had never before lost a set to Hantuchova in three previous matches. “She knew what she was going to go out there and do. She was just too good.”
C'est correct ...

Vives is collapsing at the same time against Pav.
Tsonga just hit two winners. Maybe the wheels are coming back on? Oh, good volley winner. 40-30. Very nice.

The sweet swing of Wawrinka is so far undeterred by Tsonga's hold. Three quick points have him up 40-0. Great drop shot sets up another point for him and it's a love hold.

PONY!!!!!!!!!! One set all now, very exciting. He was 15-40 down in that last game, hit 2 aces and two massive first serves in a row to serve out the set. Very happy to see him back to this level, even though I don't rate his chances over 5 sets here.

WOW, at 5-3 15-40 when all JMDP game was kinda falling apart, he hit 4 unreturnable 1st serves and won a set. Incredible.
And ES just showed Game, Set, Match Caroline Wozniacki commercial. LOL
Match suspended due to darkness.
