Gah, it was bound to happen sooner or later. It should be "Krunisanje kralja Noleta I".

Hell no! It's up-and-down teams (Hingis/Davenport vs. Nav/Nov).

Rooting for Hobak, but won't be upset with a Rafa win. Will possibly be watching this at a party, if so I won't be here I've actually got a commission to do a Wimbledon round-up though, which I guess means I should actually pay attention to this match instead of getting drunk and falling over? In which case I'll stay at home for it.

Yes! Social life.
It is for one of the few people I'd even contemplate missing the Wimbledon final for, too.

I can't believe you guys are still thinking about this no-account London tournament. It's time to join the rest of the world and turn our eager attention to **BASTAD**!
In real life, I wish/hope I can see some of this, because I don't see how anybody can beat either of these 2 guys. I'd still always rather watch a Petr Korda than either of them, but they're unbelievable at what they do.

Well it's pride weekend in Toronto and if I'm lucky I won't be waking up early tomorrow. [/reason I will miss this match]

I'll be watching if I decide to wake up early again. But, that's harder to do with 5 setters. Don't really care who wins, but Hobak should.

I'll be rooting for Rafa and I'll be crushed when he loses. 5 straight losses in big finals will be hard to take (for him).

I will have to watch because my parents will call to see if I'm watching and I don't feel like arguing with them.

I don't care about who wins, but Novak will get something like the Wozniacki treatment if he loses easily to Rafa
FAKE NUMBER 1!!@!@!!! RAFA REAL NUMBER 1!!!

We have all been so abused by crappy tennis journalism. I think it's because most of them (in America, anyway) got into it because they love baseball or football but got stuck with tennis.

Anyway, fearless prediction: Rafa will win.
Yes, I know he has lost all four matches to him this year but it will not be five. He is playing incredibly well and Novak is not quite as good on grass as anything else. Rafa should have the edge on the serve and mentally he is stronger. Novak showed us in Paris he might still go walkabout when things don't go his way. He will still give his opponent some points when he gets dejected. Rafa will never do that.
It almost feels like '08. I wasn't sure what sort of match we'd get then but it turned into the GMOAT. This could be the GMOAT 2. I hope so, since I'm waking up!

I should catch some of this match but I have a childhood friend's wedding to attend (she loves tennis, but isn't a tennis nerd like us - was considering putting up a big screen and showing the final on a projector so she wouldn't miss it). And family dropping in for a visit.
I hate when real life interferes with my tennis matches.

I'll be going to the party. It'll be either a) awesome if there's anyone else into the match there, and in this case GMOAT II would be welcome, or b) awkward if there's no one else who cares, in which case I hope for straight-sets whatevia.

I always felt like the Rafa/Rog AO '09 final was just as good as the GMOAT, actually. Maybe even better for most of it...apart from the last set, which is what people care about.
