I really enjoyed the second and third sets (that were on tv). Dolgo's variety is fun to watch.
What amuses me about the Serena situation is how her fans keep harping on about Wimbledon being THE SLAM and not boring like RG and then bitching and moaning about this.

Haha, Dolgo with two millimetre-correct challenges. I wish he wouldn't make so many needless basic errors.

That was fun while it lasted. Good effort in pushing Ferrer even if there were a lot of Shitra errors.
Serena vs Mrs Krumm under the roof on CC.

Can't believe we get a Kubot/Mannarino R4 instead of Paire/Brown Well, actually I can well believe it, but it's still saddening.

Go Grassonkova go! I'm going to be quite excited when she beats A-Rad.
I'm sad about NZ's finest.
I feel like Vinci is the exact type of player Li is going to implode against.
Lisicki always, always, always comes up with the goods at Wimbledon. I can taste the Serena upset already!

I just reviewed Pironkova's 2013. It started with a fairly decent result - QF in Hobart. Then she lost every match but one through the French Open. A 1-12 skein. Thus far, she is 6-2 on grass. Tell me she isn't Grassonkova! The girl is Challenger-level off this surface.

The trouble with these nationalistic commentators is that they turn me against these players they go overboard for! I have to fight against my instinctive wish to hate the players they're promoting so excessively. I have to remind myself, WAIT, I LIKE THAT KID.

Grassonkova is real grass GOAT.
Riske is not. She's your usual USian type that's big, takes the ball early and can't move. She likes fast surfaces, but she's only won at Birmingham because it has a large draw, and Oprandi's shoulder broke here.
